I got an "oops something went wrong" message but when I checked my bank, the payment has went through

Right so I logged into the website noticed season tickets were open and processed a payment.

1st question are you supposed to do it via the email you receive?
2nd question, I’ve 2 friends tickets linked to mine for seating at Hampden. The system has inadvertently added theirs and I seem to have paid for them all! Money is pending on my card! So has this happened to anyone else?

3rd why do Rangers never make it straight forward!
