CL PO vs Olympiakos/Ludogorets if we beat Malmo- EL Draw Kairat/Alashkert if we lose.

Losing all of their good players though. Boadu to Monaco, Stengs to Nice, Koopmeiners and Bizot.
Did not even clock Boadu signed for Monaco.

Hopefully spend big with the Stengs, Boadu & the inevitable Koopmeiners money.

Best draw we could have got.

We should beat Malmö and we should be favourites in the play-off tie.

Ludugorets are one of my bogey teams for betting on Euro nights. So unpredictable.

Olympiacos just a level below Zagreb and Salzburg in my opinion.

My predictions for Scottish Teams:

Rangers - champions league group stage

St Johnstone - out

Hibs - out

Aberdeen - Europa conference league group stage

Celtic - Europa conference league group stage

would bite your hand off for that

We get through these games is that us in or another round?

If we beat Malmo, then we play Olympiakos or Ludogrets, if we win that we're in the CL Groups, if we lose it we're in the EL Groups.

If we lose to Malmo then we play Kairat or Alashkert, win that we're in the EL Groups, lose it we're in the ECL Groups.

Just seen the rest of the Champions League draw.

Potential for Dinamo Zagreb vs Red Star Belgrade.

Ooft.

Anyway, Malmo first, who will be a tough test but eminently winnable, and then an Olympiakos side who are huffing and puffing or Ludogorets who were knocked out of the Champions League by Midtjylland and then had a torrid time in Antwerp & Spurs Europa League group with 6 losses.

Yep, totally fine with that.

Better beat Malmo, though. Don't really want to see us at playing at the Chinese border or Armenia a few days before an old-firm game

Roofe will miss all of the qualifiers and Kamara will be back for the 2nd leg of the play off.
Cheers

Kamara missing is a big loss for European games, having Morelos back will huge for us - especially if we’re going away to Greece

Cheers guys.

Beaten by Jablonec, scrape past the Conference qualifying round and into the Conference League. An uninspiring group of absolute dross but enough to test them and take its toll on their squad.

All whilst we, hopefully, hear the Champions League anthem on a Tuesday/Wednesday night.
And in the process they will feel degraded and humiliated trying to scrape into the Conference League.

Thanks mate . What if they lose

If Hibs lose they're out, they entered the Europa Conference League so there is no competition below that. Same goes for Aberdeen.

St Johnstone are playing Galtasaray in the Europa League QR3, win then they have a play-off round vs Randers for Europa Groups, lose vs Galatasaray then they meet Vojvodina or LASK in the ECL play-off round.

If they beat Galatasaray then lose to Randers, they'd qualify for the ECL Groups.

Our squad will be the same for the playoff round. There isn’t time to get someone in and ready between the ties.

If we qualify for the groups we may add one more player but we already have a bloated squad that the gaffer has said he’s happy with.

Roofe and Kamara will be available for group stages in whatever competition we’re in.
An extra player would perhaps give greater depth for the league games around those games, should they happen. We'll see, but I get your point.

Aberdeen getting circa 10m quid for getting into the EL would be massive for Scottish football. Similar if Hibs got that sort of financial boost!

Surely strengthen there squads and challenge the rattlers

Thanks mate. Hopefully get most of the job done tomorrow and Ibrox is bouncing for next week!

Two very winnable ties for us. If we are it from the first whistle, we should defeat Malmö pretty easily I would say, both ties.
Going to, say, Greece will present some challenges, not least the crowd, but our crowd will be just as rowdy. On the pitch, again we have enough quality to be able to beat them both legs.

Should be 2 very good ties and gives us an excellent chance of getting to the groups, but it’s up to us to control our destiny.

Aberdeen have a great chance of getting through to the groups. No idea who the Icelandic team are, can't be shit if they knocked out Austria Vienna though. Then Limmasol or Qarabag isn't impossible. The travelling to Azerbaijan would be a c*nt

Hibs are not beating Rijeka

Saints will get papped off Gala then Lask
