So as it has been widely reported it appears that we are banned from using Hummel next season because of the court injunction. Is this actually legally binding in that we definitely can't use Hummel next season, or is there still a chance that we could seeing as though they're contracted until...

Given we hopefully stay in the Europa league long enough, would it be possible to purchase the new kits with the Europa arm patch applied, and if so where? Would really like to get a 'proper' kit this year with some decent patches- I haven't really scoped a place that properly sells them.
