Hadn’t seen a thread on this but he seemed to be limping towards the end and holding his hamstring. Hopefully just feeling something towards the end of the game and nothing too serious or proper
I think he’s been pretty decent recently, including tonight but the problems come from further back the pitch and getting no decent serviceFew weeks out wouldn't do him any harm imo
Poster said on another thread he has been playing through an injury for weeks.Hadn’t seen a thread on this but he seemed to be limping towards the end and holding his hamstring. Hopefully just feeling something towards the end of the game and nothing too serious or proper
Thought he was faultless tonight. His passing is exceptional for a Striker.
Agree but he can only really do that when he gets the ball to him inside the 18 yard box which hasn’t really been happening recently. Poor serviceHope he's OK
He played well and he needs to get his scoring boots firing again
Sakala maybe? Haven’t seen enough of him yet but he does seem like a different type of striker to Alfredo and has a lot of paceThought he had a decent game. But is there no way we could partner Alfie with somebody? Feels like we're missing an assassin who could run riot playing off Alfie's clever layoffs and holdup play. Roofe doesn't quite seem to be that foil, perhaps him and Alfie are similar players. Or this is again where we're missing a really dynamic attacking midfielder - Arfield at his best - who can make bursting runs through the defence to pick up an Alfie pass.
Would love to see him play!Sakala maybe? Haven’t seen enough of him yet but he does seem like a different type of striker to Alfredo and has a lot of pace

You cant get service if you're not in the restaurant.
Few weeks out wouldn't do him any harm imo
Aye that’d be amazingFew weeks out wouldn't do him any harm imo
Few weeks out wouldn't do him any harm imo
Aye nae bother. Ffs!Few weeks out wouldn't do him any harm imo
Certainly was, was pretty isolated but when he got the ball he was brilliant.Thought he was faultless tonight. His passing is exceptional for a Striker.
You are either on the wrong board or you don't know much about football. He was anonymous. Denayer had him in his back pocket all night.
They don’t even play the same position? Aribo was playing where Roofe would have playedRoofe should have been playing. I was shocked Kent started before him. I suppose I shouldn't have been.
Kent is the most dangerous player we have so even though he’s not playing well he always has the ability to do something special. Our best chance of the night came from him and only a superb save prevented us equalising.Roofe should have been playing. I was shocked Kent started before him. I suppose I shouldn't have been.
Denayer couldn't handle Alfie at all he struggled the whole of the 2nd half with him.He was anonymous. Denayer had him in his back pocket all night.
Was just about to post same.....cross-field balls/spreading the play!Thought he was faultless tonight. His passing is exceptional for a Striker.
You were shocked Ryan Kent started?Roofe should have been playing. I was shocked Kent started before him. I suppose I shouldn't have been.
nobody was 'excellent' for us last night.Morelos was excellent, took responsibility and was coming deep to make things happen. I don’t think our performance was bad, we’re not where we were but there’s positives that we are moving in the right direction. They’re a top quality side.
Not for meI dont like this position Morelos is playing, I want the old Morelos, the one who who runs the channels, rag dolls defenders and the one who scores goals, I'll accept a few red cards if we get him back
Few weeks out wouldn't do him any harm imo
Totally agree. Not sure what some people expect. You are either on the wrong board or you don't know much about football.
Alfie battled with him all game. Most of those battles he won. He did his upmost to get involved but the service to him was poor. Most of our play went side ways or backwards.
ffs here we go - restricted view from your sofa I imagine?nobody was 'excellent' for us last night.
Maybe a poor choice of words. I think itàaaYou were shocked Ryan Kent started?
Shocked probably not the right word. Kent is one of his favourites and it's now abundantly clear he wasn't going to play himself out of this slump he's been in since the start of the season. You were shocked Ryan Kent started?
