I agree. I do feel that in James Bisgrove there will be a ruthlessness if required. They're not sacking him any time soon.
Theyve heavily backed beale. 9 new signings.Aye but we now have a singing section in the copland so the young yins will be happy - squirrels anyone ?
100%Theyve heavily backed beale. 9 new signings.
Its all on beale if it goes tits up imo
Gio didn't get to Christmas on the back of a run to a European final, CL qualification and a Scottish cup win. Nor did he get the same backing in the transfer market. If there isn't rapid improvement, I don't think Bennett / Bisgrove are likely to stand on ceremony. I said when MB was appointed I really hoped he'd prove me wrong. I still do. But we're 9 months down the line and I'm still not seeing any evidence. Big week coming up for him and the club. He’s not getting sacked any time soon, he’ll get to Christmas at least. If we are more than 9 points behind at that point he might get the sack.
A few more displays like that today and questions will , quite rightly, be askedThey're not sacking him any time soon.
Don,t think those two will.they seem to want to get the club back to winning ways .if beale isn,t up to it they will weld the axe. They love him and if it becomes obvious he needs to go they will stall
I hope so, if it's required I'm 50-50 on Beale nowDon,t think those two will.they seem to want to get the club back to winning ways .if beale isn,t up to it they will weld the axe.
Wouldn't be that confident after todayThey're not sacking him any time soon.
What absolute drivelThey love him and if it becomes obvious he needs to go they will stall
Just my opinion in my defence they just gave him 20 mil to spend he scouted every single one of our new playersWhat absolute drivel
It depends on how involved they were in appointing Beale. Bis was still in the commercial department at that point so would be shocked if he had any say but Bennet might have. In which case Beale failing is partly on him, IF he played a part in appointing him.Theyve heavily backed beale. 9 new signings.
Its all on beale if it goes tits up imo
Why not? They're not sacking him any time soon.
What’s that got to do with anything? Stupid postAye but we now have a singing section in the copland so the young yins will be happy - squirrels anyone ?
They're not sacking him any time soon.
What did you see that he can turn this around. It was that bad1 game into the season and this nonsense starts already
I saw that it was one game into the season with a whole new team to bed in. Souness lost his first two league games, did you want him sacked as well? What did you see that he can turn this around. It was that bad
I kind of agree with 2 more signings but they need to be proven winners. They really need to rethink the zero net spend strategy if Kamara and Sakala go.
No one's asking them to go crazy or anything but money needs to be spent on a minimum of two more players this window or it's going to cost the club far more in lost revenue.
I think the point is, MB, needs to show from now to Xmas that we are going in the right direction. Sensible thought I think. They're not sacking him any time soon.
Whole new team?I saw that it was one game into the season with a whole new team to bed in. Souness lost his first two league games, did you want him sacked as well?
Are you comparing this to the Souness era? That Kilmarnock team would be in the third tier of Scottish football FFS. Aberdeen and Dundee Utd were strong European sides and the general standard was miles above the crap we see today from the dross that makes up the league.I saw that it was one game into the season with a whole new team to bed in. Souness lost his first two league games, did you want him sacked as well?
If they have real ambition they are. And none of this give him till Christmas drivel. They're not sacking him any time soon.
Nor should theyThey're not sacking him any time soon.
If he’s not careful, we’ll be having that conversation in September. Also: every manager since McLeish bar Walter and Gerrard have gotten to a point of no return, when they simply have lost the faith of the support and the players. That hasn’t happened yet but Beale needs to realise his window for keeping this show on the road is not big.
1 game into the season. Come back to me at Christmas time and see where we are then. People saying the team are shitebags but some of our so called supporters are far, far worseAre you comparing this to the Souness era? That Kilmarnock team would be in the third tier of Scottish football FFS. Aberdeen and Dundee Utd were strong European sides and the general standard was miles above the crap we see today from the dross that makes up the league.
Cantwell, Jack and Roofe didn’t start the game though did they?Whole new team?
Tav, Goldson, Souttar, Borna.
Lundstram, Raskin, Cantwell, Jack and Roofe.
We heard this with Gio but holding on to him for too long wasted an entire season. Beale isn’t there yet but the early signs are not good to say the least with CL qualifiers and teams smelling blood in the league to come. They're not sacking him any time soon.
Cantwell not starting was borderline madness.Cantwell, Jack and Roofe didn’t start the game though did they?
You’re dying to say panty-wetters but realize how ridiculous that sounds after being out-fought by Kilmarnock and Derek McInnes.1 game into the season. Come back to me at Christmas time and see where we are then. People saying the team are shitebags but some of our so called supporters are far, far worse
Don’t dare speak out against it or the unthinkable thing like responding rationally as the lunatics in the asylum will be on you like a vulture1 game into the season and this nonsense starts already
He was playing way too deep when he came on. He needs put in the position he was so effective in last season. The new players need to fit in around him.Cantwell not starting was borderline madness.
Am I really? I’m saying I’m not throwing the toys out the pram or chucking it one game into a 38 game season. You’re dying to say panty-wetters but realize how ridiculous that sounds after being out-fought by Kilmarnock and Derek McInnes.
Tbf, I doubt servette are running scared of us and neither they should. We've got a load of players for 15 mill, but that's a drop in the ocean in football terms these days. He’s not sacked any time soon but he’s got a really tricky month ahead starting on Wednesday.
Performances have to improve and points need to go on the board. Failure to get past modest opposition like Servette would be a huge blow. There’s also an Old Firm at the start of September.
Things need to pick up and pronto.
