I can’t see the Copland or Broomie going any higher m8. If we look beyond the half assed notions of lowering the pitch, or filling the area where the screens are, surely the only way to add any real numbers is to do something like the Club Deck by adding a tier to the Govan. Of course that has to be the stand with the least room behind it.
I think most would like to see a museum where Edminston House was. If done properly it could attract a fair number of tourists, although granted there would be far less traffic on non-match days. Of course you would want to combine it with the megastore, ticket center and drinking and eating facility. Perhaps even add office/retail space to compensate for lower foot traffic on weekdays, perhaps even facilities likely to attract the locals such as post office, newsagent, etc
Could have a wee methadone clinic or even a Mosque. More chance of attracting the locals with those.
