So questions...
If we accept the judgement are we appealing? If so what?
The cap isn’t removed but it isn’t definitely still in place ( Schroedingers cap) but we have no idea how much we might be in stook for. Eh?
Buy the strips but we can give you no direction on where the profit ends up? cheers for that.
Be reassured...no stop treating us like muppets. An insult to our intelligence is that absolute nothing if a statement. Useless.

Interesting that the Rangers statement says:

Rangers would also like to reassure supporters that no steps have been taken to stop supporters being able to buy this Season’s Replica Kits.

Yet the Court judgement says:

“Rangers shall not propose or agree sale dates in respect of Replica Away and Third playing kits”.

I assume we would argue that we haven’t proposed or agreed sale dates for the new kit - they are just ‘happening’. Could land us back in Court again.

Rangers wouldn't be doing it. Elite would be surely.

Agreed but a decent number also lap up the board as being super human when they are clearly no where near good enough in many areas.

They try their best , and helped saved the club , so gie yerself piece , we are all in this together .
