I am happy to be corrected here.
As far as I can recall, there was no statement or acknowledgement by Sturgeon on the 50th anniversary of the Ibrox Disaster on 2nd January 2021. That a Scottish First Minister fails to recognise and pay tribute to the 66 citizens killed and to their surviving families, in one of the worst disasters in 20th century Scotland's history, is absolutely unprecedented, appalling and downright disgraceful for the highest minister in the land.
Yet Sturgeon and her SNP cronies seem able to pass critical judgement 'quickly with ease' on a crowd of Rangers fans who gather together outsde Ibrox (covid situation rules accepted) to celebrate winning a League trophy for the first time in 10 years after what the club has been through: no help from government either.
There is just something so wrong here in the way these two events, occurring within a couple of months of each other, have been handled so differently. The common denominator is prejudice towards Rangers and their fans by the SNP.
