Did Hagi get kicked?

Couldnt watch the game properly, just caught a reply for 2 secs.... What happened there?

Yes, clear kick out at him after a "foul" (doubtful) by Hagi and after the ball was well away. At the very least a yellow card but, my recollection is his studs were up when he did it so, could easily have been red. No action was taken.
Compare that to the number of bookings we got later in the game.
Referee last night was inept, being honest the challenge, just after we'd scored, on Stevie May, had it been in one of our players, I'd have been screaming for it. The other 2 penalty claims and the actual one given were not penalties.

Referee was so erratic it was embarrassing . What about the one where he ruled against Roofe in there box as he stood up to the defender and smashed his shot that decked there goalkeeper as it cracked his head . Decision ? Found against Roofe on the central defender . Really was a joke .

oh as an aside he is the Ref who didn’t send off Roofe at Ibrox leading to his citation and ban . Yes.

The truth is Anderson shouldn’t be a top league official
He is dreadful
Even, allowing for the piss poor standard of refereeing in SPL , he's completely out of his depth, he's embarrassing and clueless. Give the whistle to MacGregor, he'll ref the game alright. Willie Miller did at Pittodrie for years, some of his decisions were diabolical but he was still better than that galoot Anderson. ;)

He is out of his comfort zone on a football pitch. Never looks as though he knows what he is doing or why he is even there.

He was the referee against Livingston last season - the game postponed and rearranged to the next day. He was utterly dreadful and has maintained that level every time I have seen him.

Some really strange and wrong decisions by this inept clown. The first penalty incident,he gave a goal kick changed it to a penalty for some sinister reason.Went over to the linesman and changed it to a goal kick. Why? He saw it was a goal kick.He must have asked the linesman to dig him out a hole by pretending to talk to him about the incident.
He looked determined to ensure we would not win last night.

Clancy type refereeing ...probably one of the worst ref. performances of the season......where did all the extra time come from...?

He was woeful but, surely if that was his objective, he'd have given not 1 but 3 penalties?

He got the first one right initially, but was told by his linesman it was no pen. To be fair to Anderson on this occasion, he listened to the guy who supposedly had a better view of it, and that’s what we’d hope a ref did. Fact is though, the linesman was wrong, Anderson correct, and if that had been us attacking we’d all be going nuts about not getting the penalty.

The arm by the side one could have gone either way and again if it was us attacking we’d want it, defending we’d hope it wasn’t given, but seen them given.

Roofe through on goal looked 50/50 between him and defender, perhaps we never got the decision cos Anderson realised he’d screwed up by listening to the linesman before.

And the one he did give was really soft, evening-up for the earlier miss, but avoidable by Simpson who didn‘t have to do it. Again, we’d have screamed for it if it was us, but we couldn‘t have complained if we hadn‘t got it.

For me the biggest criticism we should have of Anderson wasn’t about the penalties but about the fouls and bookings, the ones we got and they didn’t. I don’t put him in the same category as Clancy though, he’s just a cheat.

The first "penalty" cannot be a penalty as it hit Wright's hand after making contact with another part of his body. so to award it, after initially giving a goal kick was ludicrous. Thankfully he was set straight by the assistant.

Likewise it looks from some angles that the "handball" with Simpson is from it hitting his chest first.

The one he did give? What did Simpson do that was avoidable as he didn't make any contact with the player?

I felt for young Hagi last night. He gets kicked black n’ blue by the hammer throwers in Scottish fitba, week in, week out. Yet when he tries to stand up to them he gets called for every infraction.

He is just not confident enough in his own abilities and doubts himself hence the shitfest that follows him.

Anyone know what Kamara was angry about at the touchline in the 2nd half. Watched the game online without sound. Seemed very angry about something and strangely enough or not he got a yellow card

St Johnstone player had a hold of his shirt and wouldn't let go. I think it wasn't long after the penalty farce so their players were in a bad fettle.

Agreed. The bar is set very low in Scottish refereeing and he still falls below it.

Not corrupt, just woefully incompetent
Highlighted by the fact that the SFA don’t have any officials at the euros this summer.

This should enforce change and standards to improve but it won’t
