Duncan Fergason - Everon manager

Just saw his interview on BT and he spoke well, very down to earth and clearly passionate about Everton. He deserves his chance and hope it works out for him, I would think he will certainly get a reaction from the squad but whether he can maintain the initial bounce or not I’m not sure.
 
I like Richarlison.

He’s a bit raw, but oddly, I see touches of CR7 in him. Not saying he’ll be remotely as good, but I think a proper manager could turn him into a beast.

The problem is he's being swapped from the wing to centre forward constantly.

I think he's a cracking left sided forward but doesn't score enough as a striker
 
At the very least you’d think the players would give their purely through fear of Dunc grinding them to dust
 
I suspect there’s more to big Duncan than many commentators suggest. You don’t become manager at a club like Everton solely on the basis that you’re a big scary bastard.
