Ian Maxwell SFA talks on Celtic trip to Dubai

How can someone possibly say what he has just repeated , how the %^*& does he know all of this has he done a thorough behaviourial and scientific study

isn’t it amazing what these events reveal about the allegiances of executive layers of football and politics

The more they double down the more trouble that awaits them down the line. What I'd pay to rerun the votes from last season right now, the SPFL would be toppled and this wee cretin would soon follow at the SFA

He did point out that the trip was a bad idea. He said the reason so many have to isolate was due to them travelling closely on planes and coaches on the trip. He said had someone tested positive in Scotland then they would likely only have one person isolating rather than the 13-16 staff members currently isolating due to that trip.

The Board

The main Board consists of eight members: the Scottish FA Office Bearers (Rod Petrie, President; Ian Maxwell, Chief Executive; and Michael Mulraney, Vice President), plus Neil Doncaster (PGB), Duncan Fraser (PGB), Thomas McKeown (NPGB) and independent non-executive directors, Ana Stewart and Malcolm Kpedekpo.

Professional Game Board

Chair: Michael Mulraney (Scottish FA)

Members: Ian Maxwell (Scottish FA), Neil Doncaster (SPFL), Leslie Gray (SPFL), Michael Nicholson (SPFL), Ken Ferguson (SPFL), Duncan Fraser (SPFL), Finlay Noble (SHFL) and Tom Brown (SLFL).

Haven't been one the conspiracy theorists throughout this, but if you were trying to goad the government into binning football I can't think of a better way to do it...

SPFL Board

The 2020/21 SPFL Board is made up of Neil Doncaster (CEO), Murdoch MacLennan (Chairman), Karyn McCluskey (non-executive), Steve Brown (St Johnstone), Les Gray (Hamilton Academical), Peter Lawwell (Celtic), Ross McArthur (Dunfermline Athletic), Ewen Cameron (Alloa Athletic), Ken Ferguson (Brechin City) and Gordon Thomson (Clyde).

A viper's nest along with the SFA Board above. Can't be trusted,

Looks as if he has not been sleeping too well with those bags for life under his eyes. Any body language experts on here able to read him looking away from his laptop is it a nervous trait or subterfuge?

Are those also the members of the Joint Group for Covid that have been at the centre of this on behalf of ahem spfl/sfa ?

What qualifications does this fuktard possess to hold this or any management position?
That's just an embarrassment.
It really is time for a clear out of the governing bodies.
Rangers told us that the status quo would not continue. It's actually getting worse. Now would be the time for a renewed call for a vote of no confidence in these cretins that are running our game into the ground for Celtic's benefit only. Please Rangers, go after these c****.

It's entirely revealing who is willing to suspend their common sense and morals (if they had them to begin with), in this country when it comes to that rancid organisation. Sick cult.

He is one big dopey looking bugger. Always looks as if he has just been prematurely woken up.

Quite sad that someone so easily influenced by Lawwell and Doncaster is in charge here. He is just a patsy.

Surely to phuck there has to be regime change?
The lower leagues now postponed basically to appease the government and to protect the scum.
Ffs the spfl have went against Hibs from the outset. Rearranged game despite them being opposed toit. Didnt even have courteousy to inform them directly. Now siding with scum regards additional testing. Surely these clubs must wake up.
My hope is that if league is done and dusted we move scum game to Friday night to allow whole weeke d to celebrate. It is allowed as its within the weeekend boundaries

It's likely that CFC don't have a case to answer for, over their trip to Dubai.
Although perhaps "clarification" should be requested on the description of the trip by their manager as "R&R".

However they've admitted breaches of protocols and have returned from this trip with at least one positive case.

Numerous images have been seen of their players and staff breaking distancing rules when not training.
With each other and with the public.

If the Club okayed this lack of social distancing (and other breaches of Elite Protocols) then they must be held responsible by the SPFL.

If the Club did not okay this lack of social distancing (and other breaches of Elite Protocols) then the players pictured must be held responsible by the SFA.
In which case those particular players must receive the same 7-game punishment as other negligent players have also recently received.

There are four permanent members of the Joint Response Group – Scottish FA president Rod Petrie, Scottish FA chief executive Ian Maxwell, SPFL chief executive Neil Doncaster and Dr John MacLean, the Scottish FA’s chief medical consultant.

What chance does Scottish Football ever have of conducting themselves properly with that lot?

I do wonder if there is a growing list who would now join Rangers in order to get proper corporate governance within our game. I'd hazard a guess that the list is longer than last time.

This should be the end of this clown. Him and the other clown Doncaster should be jobless after this debacle. The brass neck of the pair of them is astonishing. Nothing more than a Lawell patsy.
As soon as we win the League, we should go for all of them, expose the whole thing in the English press.
