He's a laughing stock amongst a lot of players, which is a shame.

Was a player of potential but hasn’t kicked on at all in the last 3 years. Will go back to Hibs, rebuild a bit of rep and try England again
 
If he moves back to Scotland, he will score goals for whoever he signs for.
 
The lad is just wasting his career he has ability but just acts like a daft wee boy all the time he needs to grow up , screw the nut before he ends up like another garry o’connor or derek riorden , i do think if his attitude is right he could be a good signing for a st mirren or a motherwell and the likes
 
Actually thought he was no longer a professional footballer going by his Instagram. Seems to spend more time socialising than doing anything football related.
 
There's a player in there and all that.

It's a shame though, he could have been a very useful player.

The only level he has ever scored regularly is the 2nd division in Scotland. An appalling standard.

There seems to be a myth that he's a bit of a player with the wrong attitude. He's just not very good.
 
Continue to be amazed at some of the suggestions people make. We have aspirations to win the league, compete for trophies and have a run in Europe not get into the top 6. Folk saying give him a salary for a year and see how he goes, we’re not a charity. No harm to the boy but he’s a million miles away from the standard we want these days.

He's nothing special but he will still score goals in the premiership if he goes to a Hibs/Aberdeen.
 
TBH I have nothing against him, but we’ve simply moved on from that level of player.

The total dismissal of context re Cummings is always cracking..

he was spoken about as someone people would keep/play at a time when we were utterly fucken rotten and needed change...

he was spoken about as being kept at a time when folks feared we might just keep Murty and end up with %^*& knows what....

Times changes, things changed - what people think changes.

That's probably because he never played for hibs in the top tier except from when he first broke into the team.

Scored multiple goals in cup competitions for hibs against premiership opposition.

If he went to Hibs and screwed the nut he would probably do ok.

He seems incapable of screwing the nut though. He'll continue to have a new club every year til he eventually retires. Sickening that folk like him can end up rich and able to retire in their early to mid 30s. Someone else said he's a laughing stock amongst fellow pros, I'm not surprised.
 
Met him out here in Dubai recently, he is absolutely desperate for a return to Rangers but doesn’t think it will happen, if it doesn’t he said Hearts would be his preference, does not want Hibs at all......

A loveable character, shame that his footballing ability didn’t match. Must be an attitude problem, as finishing wise he’s shown how good he can be, but seems to be lacking the application needed.

He could do worse than go to the likes of Hamilton, fire in the goals for a season and then get another crack at the whip with a bigger side.
 
I loved him when he was here but never good enough for us unfortunately. He'll either end up at the sheep, HIVs or QPR. Hopefully QPR!
