I see Joe Black is saying that that lot rent the store on Argyle St from Ashley.
Any truth to this or has Joe been had again?

Would the shop be a part of that?Does he not own the whole house of fraser building?
I'm sure he owns the building mate, not just the store.Would the shop be a part of that?
I make a point of looking in their East Kilbride store whenever I walk past it and it is always empty.Good wind up though.
Asks the question - are additional physical stores worth the expense ?
Hopefully someone doing the sums and not taking on long term obligations.
Maybe I’m missing the point but what’s the issue here? That they pay rent for their store to Ashley?
How Id laugh if he got his claws into them somehow. If its true then the puddle drinkers will be delighted - they love mike ashley.
He's a complete moron.Joe Black is our version of Phil. If it was the other way about he'd rightly be ridiculed.
This would be karma at its best. Ashley becomes the majority beast shareholder. Will Provan and the rest tell the screaming filth not to chase billionaires down the road? Finding out would be a great laugh. The scum reaction even better. Please let this happenHow Id laugh if he got his claws into them somehow.
I'm sure should the scum need a bail out Keevins and Co. will be telling us all how good he would be for them.Their store is part of the Fraser building so they will have to rent it from Ashleys empire.
Clydebank store the sameI make a point of looking in their East Kilbride store whenever I walk past it and it is always empty.
In the days of online shopping a store that basically only sells kits that people buy in two or three months of the year having a store, other than one at the stadium, really is pretty pointless.
It is.I'm sure he owns the building mate, not just the store.
I'm not sure if the filth flea market is part of that building though.
Is it not on the opposite side of Mitchell lane corner.part of what would have been the Boots building. It is.
I like some of his stuff!Joe Black is our version of Phil. If it was the other way about he'd rightly be ridiculed.

(he likely owns that too but I don’t think it’s part of frasers original building)
I’m picturing it from when the lorry hit the sign recently
No,the corner you mention is an amusement arcade. Is it not on the opposite side of Mitchell lane corner.part of what would have been the Boots building.

Post #26.That was going to be my question.
The Frasers building does stretch from Buchanan street to Mitchell Street.
I’m sure Frasers deliveries are received from there.
My question was where the scum shop was.
West or East of Mitchell Street?
Livingston too!Clydebank store the same
No, it's the last shop on the HoF building, at the corner of Argyle St and Mitchell Street. Unless it has changed recently, it's a puggy/gaming/arcade machine shop on the Boots side corner of Argyle St/Mitchell Street. Is it not on the opposite side of Mitchell lane corner.part of what would have been the Boots building.

Years ago it was the gents shoe department of Fraser's and it's definitely part of the HoF building, so unless they bought it outright, they will be paying rent to Ashley.
I'm sure they were there prior to him taking over HoF and I don't see them getting a deal when the lease is up for renewal. I doubt the greedy fat bastard would give his granny a deal on a bowl of soup on a freezing cold day..Hes probably doing them a deal, fat cnt.
I take it you mean post 25 but I do agree with 26 to a degree, despite me enjoying some of his stuff.See post
