I hope you guys are thirsty for our next signing

Squad as it stands.....

Goalkeepers: McGregor foderingham Alnwick

Defenders: tavernier Hodson John Alves cardoso (Wallace)

Midfielders: Arfield Jack McCrorie Rossiter holt dorrans Halliday pena forester

Forwards/wingers: Morelos Murphy Windass candeias moh Dodoo lalo

Personally I'd get rid of one of the goalies. I'd bin Hodson, Alves, Cardoso and Wallace from defence.
Halliday, Pena, forester, moh, dodoo & hererra all surplus too imho.
Keep one of holt/Dorrans for the squad

I wouldn't be surprised if two/three deals have actually been agreed/finalised with Gerrard announcing them personally over the next few days. Not ITK, just a hunch.

Definitely, the momentum and good feeling of Gerrard walking through the door should, hopefully be built on with a couple of signings announced soon after he’s in the door.

If preseason starts on the 15th do we think we will get most signings in the next two weeks?
Yip, I would imagine the only ones after that would be loans from Liverpool after Jurgen Klopp decides what he needs.

Surely we will have our defence sorted before 15th june.

With SG saying that he will not be at Ibrox or Auchenhowie tomorrow but instead, will be down South and commenting on "New faces", it would appear that he is meeting new players who have either, signed pending the window opening, or will sign as soon as he meets them. Photo shoots will be great over the weekend.

It often feels like transfers drag on at this time of year. Players and agents on holiday, or agents swamped with clubs contacting them etc.

Seems the only deal we're in advanced stages of is for Goldson, and we're not quite there yet.

Right imagine 5 million for signings and one loan who would you spunk your cash on out of this lot?

Steve Gerrard at the Toulon Tournament. Is that Mark Allan behind him on the right-hand side of the photo? Also, anyone recognise anybody else in there that may have connections to, now or in the immediate future, Rangers?

EDIT: apparently it’s not Mark Allan. Never mind, it’s worth posting just for another wee look at Stevie G.:D

Players not back until 15th so still over two weeks to get deals done, in time for first day of pre season.

I'd imagine the recruitment process will speed up over the next coming weeks.

Defo not Allan.

Was that picture from today? He may well just be taking games in, but the fixtures today were:

Japan v Portugal
Canada v Turkey

If he is an 18 year old that plays for Liverpool I doubt Gerrard would need to go and watch him, he would know all about him

Anyone think it could be Ruben Vinagre. Searched him seems to be a left back who was on loan to wolves from Monaco, looked at wolves forum to see what they thought of him, he seems to have lot of potential. Think he started 9 games for wolves last year.

I've heard from a mate with decent contacts that we're in for McBurnie on loan. He has other options down south but we're trying to get it done. All other targets are being kept close to the chest apparently. McBurnie deal has other agents starting to get involved hence it's slipped out. Just passing on what I've heard

Why would lawmen know more than Joe Bloggs?

Do you not think Lawyers get involved with players moving for big money etc? Thought that would've been obvious
Always assumed they would be drafted in after agents and clubs had concluded agreement.

Maybe they should as it seems they have loose lips.

Best example of only reading the headline ever.
