He looks nothing like the player with the burning desire 3/4 years ago. I was a bit shocked to be honest.

The Scottish Premiership is the ninth ranked league in Europe. The Eerste Divisie would be lucky to crack the top fifty. It's full of B teams that barely draw a couple of hundred people.

Holland is a nation of 15 million people.
Three times the population of Scotland.
I confess I know little of their second division but I would be surprised if it isn't a high standard with the emphasis on technical excellence.
