I know it’s nothing to do with the club and it’s shut down. But why don’t the club speak to the council to get our name and badge off the wall? Walked past it today and it’s a bloody eyesore and having our badge up there looks awful
I went past it last week looks a state. Nothing a ladder and a hammer won't fix!
About 5 roughlyI’m sure I read back in the day that elite took a ten year lease out on that shop.
How long did it last? 2?
Aye. Selling Puma kit for 5 years! Nuts!About 5 roughly
Probably down to the letting agent to sort out.I know it’s nothing to do with the club and it’s shut down. But why don’t the club speak to the council to get our name and badge off the wall? Walked past it today and it’s a bloody eyesore and having our badge up there looks awful
Our brand is all over it though.Probably down to the letting agent to sort out.
Would cost penniesCould use the pressure washer while we've got it out.
What can the club do? Seems harsh to criticise the club when you dont know what actions they have taken or can have it get it removedOur brand is all over it though.

I’m not criticising the club. Just pointing out that maybe they should look at it.What can the club do? Seems harsh to criticise the club when you dont know what actions they have taken or can have it get it removed
They could buy it and turn it into a sauna.I’m not criticising the club. Just pointing out that maybe they should look at it.
It’s probable that they aren’t aware of it
Seen it but just saying I don't think it's down to the council to sort out.Our brand is all over it though.
the emblem would look good in my garageSeen it but just saying I don't think it's down to the council to sort out.
I reckon it would either be the letting agent or ourselves who have to arrange the removal.

There was one at the bottom of Renfield StreetWhere was the club shop before when we had one in town before the JJB deal ?
There's an application in to turn it into a restaurant.Probably end up a charity shop or a payday loan place.
Where was the club shop before when we had one in town before the JJB deal ?
There were a few. Sauchiehall St had one. Renfield St I think. St Enoch. Was one on Argyle St that became a JJB downstairs with the Rangers shop upstairs. I remember the Argyle and Sauchiehall ones the best as I can remember buying stuff out them.Where was the club shop before when we had one in town before the JJB deal ?

Elvis is dead mate.Should get it pressure washed too while they're at it
The eight remaining years on the lease will be part of the bogus claim being made by Elite.I’m sure I read back in the day that elite took a ten year lease out on that shop.

Most brands dont want their brands associated with a closed down store. IT doesnt look good for business. Which is why they will want it removed ASAPI was under the impression of a shop closed the owners were obligated to remove the signage almost as soon as it closed.
When you look at almost any boarded up store, there’s usually never any branding left on them.

It will be the landlord or property manager acting on their behalf.Seen it but just saying I don't think it's down to the council to sort out.

Mostly they'll reverse as much as possible from whatever was done during the fit-out works. Remove their branding , room dividers etc.I was under the impression of a shop closed the owners were obligated to remove the signage almost as soon as it closed.

Overalls is the way to go.Head down wearing a hi vis and I doubt anyone would stop you removing it.
Stick an unclaimed pint next to it and Alan McLaren will deal with itGet Derek Ferguson to fix it.
