Do you even know what your talking about. Go have a look at the video of the players training where it gives the view using a drone, It's right above the desso pitch which was installed and come back and tell me it's in mint condition.
The Ibrox pitch is absolutely dreadful and the worst it's been in years, drainage systems are pointless if you have really heavy constant rain, they can only cope with so much water and then the water starts coming to the top of the pitch and what's happened today is a result of that.
Heat lamps are a waste of time if you only have three or four, In order to get the pitch better you would need the heat lamps covering the whole pitch, grass doesn't grow in the winter and the light isn't an issue, my grass in the garden gets plenty of light and sunlight and still doesn't grow in the winter.
If the rain continues it will just turn into a mudbath, desso pitches are only as good as the pitches they are sewn into, if the grass fails then your left with nothing more than artificial plastic stands of grass, no amount of groundwork will bring the pitch back to life, it's ruined and the club have a decision to make, I can see it being ripped up and re-turfed pretty soon.
