What players came back today and who's still missing due to injury, does anyone know?
I was really looking to know who's back from the injured players Yilmaz, Goldson Lawrence Hagi.
I know Lawrence and Hagi may not be back but Hagi was at the training centre at one point but I'd hoped Goldson and Yilmaz would be.I would hazard a guess that none of them are back today.
I could not make it out thought it was Hagi but don't know.Isn't that Yilmaz (last car in the clip)?

Yes YilmazIsn't that Yilmaz (last car in the clip)?
yupSomebody said Wee Beale took the training, is that true?
Yes. probably all gather together whether injured or not to welcome the new manager and get the plans for moving forward. They will probably be there but not sure if they will be training.
Was Lazarus fond of daily sports massages and hair transplants as well?Roofe will do a Lazarus.
So we have a new manager literally at work today but haven't told anybody. Seems like a very Rangers thing to do at the moment!
Beale apparently. Bizarre. So who took training? Colin Stewart?
Ridvan nearly rattling the gates at the end there

Beale. So who took training? Colin Stewart?
probably quite hard for him to see over the steering wheel tbf. Needs to get booster seat tips from Ross WilsonRidvan nearly rattling the gates at the end there
Maybe Beale wanted to share the news with the players and staff at the club before doing media duties to reveal it to the public. So we have a new manager literally at work today but haven't told anybody. Seems like a very Rangers thing to do at the moment!
Beginning of OctoberWhen did our game get moved from 17th?
Unrelated note, but the one player I am looking forward to seeing play and develop under Beale.Isn't that Yilmaz (last car in the clip)?
I can't imagine there were any on field sessions today.
If Beale was there (as rumoured) then I imagine he wanted to meet the players and talk to them about his strategy and expectations of them.
If Beale wasn't there, it'd likely be gym sessions and fitness testing.
Most weeks our starting lineup is similar to those in the 2018/19 season.I can't imagine there were any on field sessions today.

I don't doubt either of those two statements. He was there and they were on the pitch training, 100%.
Hopefully the new manager will be more forthcoming regarding updating where the squad is injury wiseI know Lawrence and Hagi may not be back but Hagi was at the training centre at one point but I'd hoped Goldson and Yilmaz would be.
I'm sure he will change some things, and want some things done "his way", not "Gerrard's way". Even if there are similarities he won't start by saying "Ok lads, same as last time I was here. That'll be all for now."Most weeks our starting lineup is similar to those in the 2018/19 season.
I think the players will know his strategy.
That takes ten minutes not a full training session. MentalMaybe Beale wanted to share the news with the players and staff at the club before doing media duties to reveal it to the public.

There is no way it takes ten minutes to: meet all staff and players at the training centre to make a worthy announcement; and maybe discuss his plans; then get to Ibrox with the media team to take photos, videos, and anything else necessary to release as a public announcement. That takes ten minutes not a full training session. Mental
Why would that be "bizarre"?Beale apparently. Bizarre.
It’ll all be done in house and most likely been filmed/photographed already. I’d guess they’re also getting videos of the training session etc to release gradually. That takes ten minutes not a full training session. Mental

I'd be surprised if Beale was carrying out the session. I would imagine fitness testing would be carried out on the pitch. I probably did myself no favours in stating "on field sessions", I meant tactical/technical sessions.
Easier using your hands. The only thing I noticed there the players drive cars with big mirrors!
Interesting if he did actually take any of the session. That would surprise me. It definitely suggests that the deal has been finalised and not announced. I can't see that being allowed if he was still under employment elsewhere. No worries mate, Beale was on the pitch as well but I’ve been told it was a ‘hard’ session.
Get that. Just very weird way to do it. Not many teams would have a new manager signed and have him take training before making an announcement and letting fans know. It’ll all be done in house and most likely been filmed/photographed already. Yeah you’re not wrong mate. Wonder if we’re waiting for confirmation on the coaching staff or something?Get that. Just very weird way to do it. Not many teams would have a new manager signed and have him take training before making an announcement and letting fans know.
The fact he was at the training ground means he was there to finalise the contract by signing it. He doesn’t come there if they haven’t worked everything out.Interesting if he did actually take any of the session. That would surprise me. It definitely suggests that the deal has been finalised and not announced. I can't see that being allowed if he was still under employment elsewhere.
Appreciate the insight.
It's called a meeting. You speak to everyone at once. It's an introduction not a team briefing. He hasn't even met some of the players so how could he have a plan for them? There is no way it takes ten minutes to: meet all staff and players at the training centre to make a worthy announcement; and maybe discuss his plans; then get to Ibrox with the media team to take photos, videos, and anything else necessary to release as a public announcement.
Priority is the team. The manager has got to work right away. To me that’s what I want. It doesn’t bother me if I hear officially a couple of ours later. It's called a meeting. The media interviews do not need to be concluded before a statement or press conference
Training can be moved etc etc. You don't have a manager operating and involved in training before letting the fans know.
Nothing like priorities
