Ahead of Tuesday night’s League Cup tie against Partick Thistle at Firhill Pedro Calixinha has revealed his first team squad is suffering from an injury and sickness backlog which will impinge on his selections.
Lee Wallace will miss both games due the groin injury he sustained in Friday night’s league game at Thistle. The debutant Declan John who replaced Wallace suffered an ankle knock but trained on Sunday.
Graham Dorrans was sent home sick from trading but is expected to recover in time for Tuesday’s game. Niko Kranjar and Jordan Rossiter are both still struggling with knee injuries.
