I think this was one if the great sights seeing bears twirl (helicopter) the scarf, I still do it at parkhead when they sing their song, every bear used to do it.Remember as a kid our fans used to do that.

It's a further cissiefication (new word) of the spectator experience. Burn it with fire.It looks pish
Probably the first time someone yelled "you'll have some cu nts eye out with that!"Remember as a kid our fans used to do that.

I always do it when we sing the Blue Sea of Ibrox.. Must be a age thing..Remember as a kid our fans used to do that.

They blew the league in 86 on the last day against Dundee and the scum won it!The year Hertz nearly won the League (86 I think) they played the Filth at the San Giro and for some reason our game was off. Me and 2 of my mates went to cheer on Hearts. To avoid any misunderstanding we bought scarves.
The passage of over 30 years has not diminished the cringeworthy feeling I get when I recall the 3 of us swirling the maroon and white to a resounding chorus of "Hertz, Glorious Hertz"
Hearts fans did it 1st i eecall n the 70s.. rangers fsns adopted it forca season or 2 around 84/85 never caught onRemember as a kid our fans used to do that.

Remember it well...sadlyThey blew the league in 86 on the last day against Dundee and the scum won it!
I actually did 'lose' a pair of specs in the old Enclosure due to this . . . in the gleeful mayhem following a goal against the beasts.Probably the first time someone yelled "you'll have some cu nts eye out with that!"
I always think the sight of all the scarves twirling IS the blue sea of Ibrox.I always do it when we sing the Blue Sea of Ibrox.. Must be a age thing..
Also due to tims reserve team lying down to them that day at love street. They blew the league in 86 on the last day against Dundee and the scum won it!
Can only remember seeing it as a boy and thought it looked great. I'd be well up for bringing it back.

We used to do it a lot in the 90s.
Much preferred when we held our scarves aloft and sang 'Derry's Walls' to the tune of 'Amazing Grace', back in the early 70'sWe used to do it frequently especially when the manky mob held theirs up
Me too. I think it looks really goodI’ve often thought we should do it. Would be a fantastic sight
The St Mirren lineup was like reading the Dublin phone directory, no surprise the mentally challengeds got the result they needed that day. Also due to tims reserve team lying down to them that day at love street.
They were the first team I ever saw doing it. League Cup (Semi or quarter)when they had the top of the Broomloan. Also first team out with Celtic who brought a decent away support.I remember hearts doing it in early 80’s
We certainly did it in the 60sWe used to do it a lot in the 90s.
