My Mrs said to me a while ago, that this disgrace of a ref is going to make sure Rangers don't win this, perhaps there's something in her reasoning.
The SPL want to make sure there's no chance that Rangers will be allowed to win the title at the paedodome, and Rangers can look out for some other dodgy referee's and decisions
Utter nonsense, what did madden have to do with our performance today? We where very poor indeed but got the game won, then schoolboy defending cost of the victory

woeful performance from start to finish. If not for Greegs we would have been on the end of a scudding. Hopefully management tear this mob a fecking new hole over the next few days, totally unacceptable performance at this time of the season

Let's get this team selection causing that result out of the way. We were playing the bottom club who we took for 8 last time out.

I guess we'd all have picked a different team but that result was down to a poor team performance. That eleven should have been well capable of a confortable victory.

Anyway Rangers, learn.
It was 100% the team selection that caused it. Jack and Davis on from the start and we control the game from the first whistle instead of trying to grind out 3 points.

that shocker of a performance and scoreline is why the manager should have had his strongest team on from the start. He instead thought he could tinker again just like the St Mirren cup game and we blew it to go even further ahead in the league .
To be fair, we were paying a tam that was bottom of the league - it was not unreasonable for Gerrard to use the game to rest key players and give others a start. What we have learnt from today and other recent performances, is that our backup supporting cast isn't up to par and can't be relied upon.

Missed the game unfortunately, but from the comments on here anyone would think it would seem that the result today means that SG isn't any good and many of the players are not good enough. Geez get a grip fellow bears!

With a due respect, you never watched the game. McGregor's interview just summed up how all we feel.

It should have been clear to the manager after 20/25 mins his selection was not working at all and frankly was a very very hard watch. he should have put his strongest team on from then and corrected the mistake of not playing the strongest team from the start and get the job done as quick as possible and points in the bag

Why do none of the starting midfield do a 5 yard sprint they need a rocket up them, so lethargic attacking or defending. What is it with our basics picking people up and as for our throw ins, every time to the opposition. It's fine we are happy with the points recently grinding out results but that cannot be relied upon for the rest of the season, every game is a cup final for the opposition, we need to up our game. No contest for man of the match, our magnificent keeper by a mile

McGregor was outstanding, the rest average in a flat performance that shows the pitfalls of squad rotation. Not convinced with zungu at all. We improved a lot when Jack and Davis came on. 2 points dropped but still unbeaten.

1-0 playing poorly, seconds from time and Tav is nowhere to be seen as they break. We never learn.
He’s trying to score in the 93 minute concedes a free kick and jogs back asked Davis to cover RB. Now he’s been tremendous for us but has shaded over the past few weeks. He needs to be told if we’re 0-1 up in stoppage time defend not try and get another goal.

McGregor should do all our interviews

"Allan, how do you sum that up?"

"Rubbish"

Hes not wrong. The anger and attitude he has shown there will drive us forward. He knows nothing is won yet and they will only relax once over the line.

Glad I stayed up after nightshift for that pile of shite. Whole team were awful apart from Shagger, Jack and Davis

I turned the game off in disgust. Could someone let me know what Shagger is saying?

We were terrible.
Didn't look like winning it
Need to take it a game at a time and do what you got to do to win it.
Gerrard's not happy and neither is he.

Excellent honest opinions from Greegs. He doesn’t deserve to be on the losing side . I hope he lets them all know in the dressing room how much this title means

Ross county aside we have been poor for weeks

We played well in patches against Aberdeen and County. Otherwise we have been pretty rotten since the turn of the year.

Difference being this year we've still managed to get the results. But there can be no denying that our general standards have dropped.

McGregor was outstanding as always.

Defence (excl Borna) looked off the pace all day. Something about Helander and plastic pitches doesn't work. Tavernier gets caught out of position again and although he's improved defensively he's still occasionally suspect.

Aribo is exciting going forward and can create as well as have a go himself, however he doesn't offer a lot coming back. Luxury player but could add that string to his bow.

Zungu? This the same guy that scores headers from the centre circle and should be Captain according to the mental South African fans on social media? Do me a favour. On the evidence we've seen so far he'll be back in France after this season.

Kent looks devoid of a cutting edge. Still makes great runs and dribbles. Still looks exciting and turns defences but needs to find that killer pass or strike or could find his spot under threat if Scott Wright catches fire quickly.

Itten put in a good shift up top, Hagi tried hard to create, Jack looks like our best midfielder right now, shortly followed by Davis, who we could struggle to replace come the inevitable day he hangs up his boots. Kamara was a solid 6, never fails to give his all for us.

Wake up call today. The league isn't over yet. Other teams are choking to be the first to beat us in the league, whether that's for their own ends or just to put one on our chin. We need to be professional and deal with them.

Kent needs dropped, just doesn’t give enough, poor decision making, passing the ball short.
Gerrard seems to have a blind spot to him!!!

Hate to be the person pointing it out, but see all the folk who are saying it's because our best XI didn't start?

Our best available XI were the ones who conceded that goal and took us from a victory to a draw.

Maybe we just had a shite game on a shite pitch. It happens. We're still unbeaten and we're still going to win 55.

I think instructions on where they should be and areas to cover over complicate matters at times when defending, cant be a bit of hardwork and sweat in closing the man nearest to you

Get them told shagger !! Hopefully this is a boot up the arse to ensure we don’t end up limping over the line! Can’t wait for next game to get back on track ... WATP
