Unfortunately tactical voting won't work mate.

History shows that Scottish Conservative and Lib Dem voters will vote Labour to keep the SNP out (Ian Murray in Edinburgh being the perfect example), but a huge percentage of the Scottish Labour vote will vote SNP to keep the Tories out.

That would then likely include any other flashpoint games whilst under lockdown restrictions

He quotes 'Police intelligence', is this the same Police intelligence that served you well last week when Rangers gave you numerous warnings ahead of the events that unfolded, as proven by Mr Park!? Also, no groups of fans will gather to square off against one another for a BCD game. Seems Police Scotland have been that accustomed to lockdown that they have developed agoraphobia.

Mate I was one of them who was going to vote Labour. After last night I honestly don’t even know how I could bring myself to do it after that. And I despise The SNP. I know all for the greater good and that. I still feel horrible after voting Labour at the UK GE to try and stop the SNP landslide. Voting for Corbyns party genuinely made me feel dirty. I vowed never again. However seeing how close it could be this time I thought ok I’ll bite the bullet Labour first conservative Second vote. I’m genuinely still stunned Sarwar backed that as did most of Labour. How can I write what I did above about Humza then go and vote for someone who actually backed said bill? It’s as if Labour and Lib Dem’s are happy being opposition. Probably battling to see who can prop the SNP up against the Tories.
 
See article regarding this planned gathering in Glasgow and Edinburgh. Irrespective of the cause, gatherings in public are banned during the pandemic. Will be interesting to see if any politician makes a statement in advance of the event warning people to stay away.

I actually donated to the Conservative party last night but will be voting Labour in my constituency vote and Conservative on the list vote.

This, I may add is from someone who was a member of the Labour for 10 years.
 
There is only so much in fairness to the clubs they can do, but I will ask them to do as much as they can! That a little bit of a retraction perhaps..
 
There is literally no justification for cancelling the game. None whatsoever. It's just the SNP on their power trip and getting kicks from it. They have absolutely no intention either of cancelling it.

Rangers better not be helping with costs for this game on the back if what happened last weekend. The club cannot be held accountable for the actions of our fans outside of the stadium, even more so when Park's open letter to Sturgeon clearly points to a failure of both Police Scotland and the Scottish Govt to be pro-active regarding the possibilty of last weekend being a title winning one.

I'm not a socialist, but if only those who have switched from Labour to the SNP woke up to the fact that the nationalists aren't socialists, but opportunists.

Sinn'P is a single issue group, not a real political party. The electorate needs to wake up to this essential fact and that NONE of them, from Sturgeon down, have the real interests of the people of this part of the UK at heart.

It’s always been a non story. Political grandstanding to cover the SNP chaos of the last few weeks.

Sadly we gave them that out to take. But it was always fading away.
 
I'm starting to suspect they aren't prepared at all to host the games for the Euros this summer. We aren't really in a place vaccine roll out wise and the time line doesn't match up with UEFA requirements. He's already lied about UEFA taking the games off of us as consequence for last Sunday for a reason imo. It wasn't a shock tactic to make people to come to their senses either.

Blaming the fans is the easiest way to get around it all.

I haven't ever voted Tory but Labour have no chance in my constituency so for the first time ever I will vote Tory try to keep the SNP out. I will vote Labour on the list. Also for anyone else voting any Green vote is in reality an SNP vote.
 
Just heard his comments this morning and I'm convinced they will postpone this game if they think they can get away with it. He said no matter what statement clubs put out, if police intelligence suggests groups of fans will meet to head it off then they will cancel it in the interests of public safety. So that's the excuse they will use, police intelligence.

It was only the other day they were critisizing Rangers of not doing enough to keep fans at home. Now they are saying no matter what clubs do public safety can still be an issue. So where was the police intelligence last weekend when every man and his dog knew fans would turn up to celebrate. Cretin.

Even in England.
 
I really dont think its even an option. I also doubt UEFA would take kindly to it. If they can host a domestic game, no chance UEFA would take the chance with Hampden
