He's honestly doing exactly what I expected him to do, finish whatever chance he gets. Can't say he's had much service so far yet should arguably have 4 goals in 4 games.

I've not seen today's goal so if he was offside or something fair enough, fact is though he has basically finished every chance he has gotThe boy's a good player. Said it since day 1 that it was great business by us to get him in at that price, but sick of seeing people saying "he should be on 4 goals". He he had one incorrectly chopped off against Livi, and one incorrectly allowed today. He's on 3 goals & that's where he should be. Simple as that.
He was in an offside position but I’m sure the pass wasn’t played forwards so it was fineI've not seen today's goal so if he was offside or something fair enough, fact is though he has basically finished every chance he has got
He runs his arse off…Boyd didn’t!Reminds me of Kris!
Only scores goals which,of course, is his job!
A proper old-fashioned striker who is lethal between the opposition goalposts!
No argument from me that Alfie is the number one choice. I was speaking more of the present, and on Tuesday I might be thinking of starting Colak. Technically Alfie is fit, just not match fit. You can see that in his play. (The attempt to get a shot off today, and in midweek, a yard away from connecting with Kent's cross.) If we start Alfredo on Tuesday it is a risk. Yes, it might pay off for the reasons you state, but it could also be a recipe for frustration.I actually hope we don’t operate a ‘shirts is his‘ policy when Alfie is fit. I would rather see that in any game where we need our striker to hold play and get us up the field then Alfie is the man. However in any game where the opposition is most likely going to siege defend, or be pushed back constantly by us at Ibrox like today, then Colak would be my choice. I actually think he will do better than Alfie in games at Ibrox like today’s. However in games where the opposition push up on us or just about any game in Europe then Alfie is the man.
Same dross your beloved hoopz score against. That he's a striker and scores against SPL dross?
Hair?Better hair.
For me he presses of the ball a hell of a lot more than Boyd ever didIn what ways does he differ?
Can see the point the OP is trying to make.
Should be 4 too.5 competitive games and 3 goals. Impressive return so far.
Go back and rad the summer transfer threadReminds me of Kris!

Scored 3 goals all in 2006/07. Livorno and Auxerre away and Tel Aviv at home. How was boyds goalscoring in Europe I can't remember which is ridiculous lol I know he only scored 1 against the beggars.
Should be 4 too.
Nothing like him at all posters seem to be not watching us at all, or ever have watched Boyd.Reminds me of Kris!

Should be 45 competitive games and 3 goals. Impressive return so far.
Should be 4
Well today's was offside so 3 is right.Should be 4
You don't understand why people use things that they have known before to comprehend what they are currently experiencing?Thankfully not. I don’t understand how supports need to persistently compare things to the past.
I think you are doing him a disservice there but I understand your thinking.Reminds me of Kris!

I feel Roy Makaay may have something to do with the improvement to his game.Unfair.
I’m a big Morelos fan & have been 100% behind Colak.
He’s improving his all round game clearly, and his finishing is lethal.
I get the comparison and as great a poacher colak is, he has more ability than Boyd.Reminds me of Kris!

Wit? Just delete your profile mate.I am really not sure what some people are watching on Colak. Really don't get it.
What the f**k mate?Wit? Just delete your profile mate.
He’s a predator in the box. He’s scores. Exactly what he was bought for.
Tongue in cheek mate. What the f**k mate?
I am supporting Colak, not having a go like some who are. I genuinely don't know why the guy is getting stick at all. I think he's a good player and does a fair bit of work.
Delete my profile, jeebus!!!
I apologise mate. I read that wrong.I am really not sure what some people are watching on Colak. Really don't get it.
