"Hey Frank, parents are claiming that you abused their kids, whats the story there?"
"It's not true boss"
"Thought so, thanks Frank"

It was always about “protecting the good name of the club” with that lot. No matter their crime, no matter their guilt, no matter the cost to the lives of young boys under their care.
From their greatest ever manager to previous and current boards, ex players and managers, all knew the sordid goings on at that club and all kept schtum.
They should be closed down.
Was Daly not the one who tracked down Torbett in America?
And Reid said similar about us. Even back then, they thought they could control the narrative, and did for nearly 5 decadesThey wanted the stories ‘buried once and for all’. That is absolutely damning.
Disgusting sewer of a club.
That’s the KO blow that finishes them completely. They are one of the 2 people who have a signed NDA ( non disclosure act ) the other one is an affidavit also signed which is with a lawyer's office somewhere. Not sure who has got what but 2 documents are sitting with 2 people / organisations
Ho, ho. Mark Daly doing a documentary regards the goings on at the cesspit?
That's as funny as Clint Eastwood in a 'Fistful of Dollars' when he says; 'Now if you just apologise to my mule as I know you're going to'
If this so called hard-hitting, award winning, fraud ever did a documentary on this subject it would be a puff piece designed to serve up some damage limitation on behalf of the filth.
But what I can't get my head around is the rhebel here. They are in the pay of the filth, so I can't get my head round this piece at all.
Maybe it's too early in the week for this tiny mind of mine.
Tbh that doesn’t just call into question CFC.
CFC received complaints; CFC investigated said complaints; CFC reported their findings in a public forum!!
Firstly that also contradicts them sweeping it under the carpet - they addressed the allegations in public. It does, however, raise the question as to why the allegations weren’t passed to police (by anyone involved) - but it also raises a question as to why that article in itself didn’t trigger a police investigation.
I keep hearing about these non-disclosure documents, do you think PL has attempted a gagging order or threatened some legal lawsuit to try and stop these seeing the light of day?Shocked really that it's The Daily Record with this story but they have still to reveal the most damning piece of evidence they have
Daly also confronted Desmond outside the piggery in which Desmond responded “are you a rangers supporter”Mark Daly flew to America in order to uncover Torbett. In this case you are wrong.
Alan Brazil breaking cover should have been more than enough to have things investigated, it wasn't.The key to all this is the player who went on to play for the 1st team.
He breaks cover then all hell will let loose.
Although its easy for me to say as never been in thatbposition and i fully appreciate why he wouldnt want to. Probably spent years trying to block out what happened.
That was about the Panama papers? He’s a prick for the stitch up he did on us but he’s not their puppet!Daly also confronted Desmond outside the piggery in which Desmond responded “are you a rangers supporter”

I’m going to predict a statement from Celtic confirming that the Celtic View is an entirely separate entity from Celtic Football Club and is now called The Rangers News.
Is it not a major concern that the families are pinning their hopes on a single journalist to do the worlds easiest join the dots puzzle. Peter Smith seems to be the only other journalist in Scotland to join Mark Daly on calling out the biggest scandal in Scottish football history which is shocking.
The further you dig on this, the sicker it gets.
They should be closed down for what they've done and their complete lack of empathy, regret and remorse is absolutely disgusting.
The fact the entire country isn't up in arms over this is a terrible reflection on what this place has become.
Vile.
This point needs highlighted. So a Celtic source is claiming that allegations first arose in the 90’s but an article in Celtic view says Celtic held their own investigation in the 80’s? Guilty
there's been quite a few of them alreadyNow surely if ever there was a "boom headshot" moment then that has to be it.
It's what they do.“Buried once and for all”
Chilling line that.
sellik are obviously better at investigating that kind of thing than the polis they says nothing happened so everybody should move on and leave it at that.... incredible the polis never involved themselves I still suspect those caught are the tip of the iceberg and know a lot more about people in higher places than them I can't think of another reason why no one acted when infos been out in the public for 30 odd yrTbh that doesn’t just call into question CFC.

I would say Dornan is trying to control the narrative. The floodgates are about to blow wide open.
They are trueley fuked now. SNP & the DR turning on them in 2 days.
What else is coming for them to turn??
Must be damming to the core!!
Couldn't tell you bud.
But I'd be astounded if he ever did a number on them like he did us.
My flabber would indeed be gasted.
It isIs this front page of The Record?
If not it bloody well should be.
Correct.I would say Dornan is trying to control the narrative.
He is however completely out his depth here.
Bear in mind, this report focuses on the 80s.
I assume the 70s will soon also come under scrutiny.
1974 - Torbett dismissed by Stein.
1978 - Stein leaves and Torbett returns (or vice versa).
There also must be a fair number of survivors who have not come forward and probably have no intention of doing so. Moved on with their lives. It is almost as if a full expose of what went on is that horrific that it is not for a public airing at any cost.

Incredible how opportunist and fickle the media and politicians can be - Never want to be on the "losing" side.In FF terminology, the Daily Record has just landed a HAYMAKER!
And Celtic are in BIG trouble!
