I don’t have one, but if I did, I wouldn’t mind anyone walking on it.
It’s quite a common thing to have these now. I see them in towns and villages where there’s a large foot fall. Beach resorts in Oz have them with paving stones to celebrate things like weddings, romantic messages, sports teams, surfers.... They seem to be able to stagger them along a distance rather than bunch them together. It’s very nice to see and as long as they are kept clean, it is expected that people will walk on top of them. It’s supposed to be part of your journey.
Having said that, I’ve not stepped on any of the ones at Ibrox. They look too much like memorial tomb stones. Make them brighter and varied in colour and they can be part of the thoroughfare. We should be able to walk on them.
