Hearts regularly fill their stands without Rangers or Celtic. No teams can fill a stand never mind a stadium without rangers and ceptic, why would they build a new stadium?
How can they afford that? Seriously.
I hear those things are awfully loudMonorail
They should flatten Tannadice, build a new stadium they can share on the site, use Dens whilst it's getting built and then flatten Dens.
That'll be £10k consultation, please.
When Dundee are in the top league, ayeMeans our fans get better seats when we turn up and fill their ground.
Cool seein as he is sharing, here is my proposed new wife!
Delete Arena.Should call it the spam folder stadium
If we didn’t turn up and fill their ground, they wouldn’t be able to even pay for the drawings.Means our fans get better seats when we turn up and fill their ground.
You keep posting this nonsense. But they’ve never once filled the new tiny Tynie.Hearts regularly fill their stands without Rangers or Celtic.
There's a pub restaurant across the road.location wise it’s ideal for visiting supporters as its right beside the kingsway.down side isn’t much in terms of pubs near it.

I don't think they'll be having cremations at 3pm on a Saturday afternoon.

And don’t bother to post links to that stuff they keep putting up on their official club Twitter about sell outs. At every single one of these, the Gorgie Road stand has had loads of empty seats at the actual game everytime. This is the kind of thing Man City used to get slaughtered for.
Ohhhh good another bland unimaginative 4 box stands …..That said Dens park is an absolute hole so anything is an improvement
Dundee hibs! said for along time that that town doesn't justify two football clubs. And they wonder why they can't fill the ground they have now.Where do you propose they get these extra fans from?

Would you ground share with our rival? Both Dundee clubs should work in harmony with the council and develop a city stadium in partnership with the hotelier. Or would that be too sensible?
It might be worth keeping an eye on the next time they fire a manager.A crematorium, how apt.
You mean the casino isnt happening?????Scottish teams can't afford new state of the art stadiums.
That includes us.
That's not exactly an apples for apples comparison. However two adjacent dilapidated stadiums across the road from one another owned by two financially struggling clubs would be a model.Would you ground share with our rival?
David lied???????????????You mean the casino isnt happening?????
Yeah I get that but I see some great wee stadiums in Sweden or Norway which are around 15000 capacity (Molde) for instance which are imaginative bowls as opposed to these bland ones we build with no cornersTrouble is, with the state of Scottish football finances (thanks SPFL) there is very little money to be able to fund these kind of projects. They will always be minimalist and functional and as low cost as possible.
With the amount of money sloshing about in the English game you can add design elements in new stadium builds like Spurs, Arsenal, Everton etc, but that cannot happen in Scotland.
I would even say that Us and them would struggle to develop quality stadiums should we ever have to do a major rebuild.
Separate Entity FC will help them no doubt! How can they afford that? Seriously.
All things are possible with the new sky deal, the Clubs are awash with readies don’t ya know. How can they afford that? Seriously.
Celtic will be needing their money for other things. Hopefully.Separate Entity FC will help them no doubt!
You know the old saying...'you scratch my back....
