The Orangemen must be turning in their graves now with the amount of Shettleston’s supporting them these days. The original name of Everton was St Domingos Chapel which became Everton..
Also have a church in their ground called St Luke’s.
I would suggest this may be informative as to their allegiances.
Liverpool were founded by Orangemen.
No dangerJust searched their squad on Transfermarkt and they're still paying Andros Townsend £50,000 p/w.
Because he's an Eskimo.Same with Finland.
Easiest way to annoy a Finn is to call him a Scandinavian.
An incredible amount.Clubs were allowed to offset losses due to Covid in recent years but it was alleged that Everton offset much larger amounts than similar sized clubs so gaining an advantage.
Clubs were allowed to record losses of £105M over 3 years, Everton lost £370m.
How do you work that one out?I think Iceland is a Scandinavian country.
We’re they not founded by an RC church/monastery?I’m not sure about that.
Iceland?Debatable at best tbh. Part of the Scandinavian Peninsula.
Iceland?
A peninsula?
Iceland was populated and governed by either Norway or Denmark hundreds of years ago.Pretty common misconception yeshhhh Scandinavia only includes Sweden , Norway and Denmark .
Iceland is part of Norden / Nordic block
Is this to prove me right?Scandinavian Peninsula - Wikipedia

as has been mentioned earlier,St Domingo"s was a methodist church, there was talk of a rc cathedral to be built on St ,domingo rd around the late 1800s -early 1900s, but this never came to fruition, instead it became a church for the local rc population in the surrounding areas,We’re they not founded by an RC church/monastery?
St.Domingo rings a bell.
Iceland are part of the Scandinavian Peninsula. Is this to prove me right?
An incredible amount.
What’s their income?
St Domingo’s was a Methodist Church! St Luke’s is Church of England. The club chaplain is the Reverend Harry Ross, the former vicar of St Luke’s and a bluenose to his bootstraps.
If a chapel is considered a church in that context.St Domingo’s was a Methodist Church! St Luke’s is Church of England. The club chaplain is the Reverend Harry Ross, the former vicar of St Luke’s and a bluenose to his bootstraps.
Geography isn't your strong point is it?I think Iceland is a Scandinavian country.
I’ve seen the Shettleston’s Irish flags at several teams in England. The Orangemen must be turning in their graves now with the amount of Shettleston’s supporting them these days.
Everton were founded by members of a Protestant church. The original name of Everton was St Domingos Chapel which became Everton..
Also have a church in their ground called St Luke’s.

Liverpool were founded by Orangemen.
The entire city is an Irish republican sympathising shitehole tbf.Everton were founded by members of a Protestant church.
A true perspective.I’ve seen the Shettleston’s Irish flags at several teams in England.
Man Utd Arsenal Spurs and Everton.
I’ve been at a couple of games with Liverpool and been amongst Liverpool supporters.
I can honestly say the overwhelming amount of Liverpool supporters I spoke with when they heard my Glasgow accent supported Rangers as opposed to the Paedo’s.
And you won’t until a decision is made, the process is done in private.Didn't hear any more about City's troubles in the FFP department
Yes. The same Orangemen who formed Everton. Liverpool was formed following a boardroom split. Everton is the original club and played at Anfield. Following a boardroom split half the Board quit, taking the Everton name and players with them but leaving the ground to the new club.If a chapel is considered a church in that context.
The original name as I understand it even in Wikipedia refers to St Domingo’s chapel.
I’m assuming you agree that Liverpool was founded by Orangemen.
I don’t see how Iceland can be a peninsula.Scandinavian Peninsula - Wikipedia

Yeah of course I dont understand the logic much either. The reason they aren't part of Scandanavia is because of exactly that too.I don’t see how Iceland can be a peninsula.
A peninsula is a bit of land that sticks out from a mainland.
Like Brittney in France, Cornwall in England, the bit in Scotland that Campbeltown is on.
this, Everton fc found a ground around a mile away and have been there since then, and the newly formed Liverpool fc taking up residence at the vacant ground at Anfield thus meaning that Liverpool fc play/played their games very close to the district of Everton, whilst Everton fc are based in WaltonYes. The same Orangemen who formed Everton. Liverpool was formed following a boardroom split. Everton is the original club and played at Anfield. Liverpool has long been in the unfortunate position of being the first port of call for Irish immigrants (Liverpool boat). Most people go on to make a good life for themselves but there are always a few lessers who hang about creating a stink.I’ve seen the Shettleston’s Irish flags at several teams in England.
Man Utd Arsenal Spurs and Everton.

Methodist and CoE. Apart from that you are spot on.The original name of Everton was St Domingos Chapel which became Everton..
Also have a church in their ground called St Luke’s.

Liverpool were founded by Orangemen.
I'm going to challenge you to show a point in time when all 5 of these teams were the top 5 teams at the end of a season. I'm not sure you can.Remember when the big five were Liverpool, Everton, Arsenal, Spurs and Manchester United?
Same guy founded Everton. What isn’t as well known is that one man was responsible for the rise of both clubs: former Lord Mayor of Liverpool, John Houlding. The original name of Everton was St Domingos Chapel which became Everton..
Also have a church in their ground called St Luke’s.
I would suggest this may be informative as to their allegiances.
Liverpool were founded by Orangemen.
You could be right, but what he posted is true, in the mid 80s. In fact, to this day I'd still say that's the five biggest clubs in England.I'm going to challenge you to show a point in time when all 5 of these teams were the top 5 teams at the end of a season. I'm not sure you can.
St Domingo’s was a Methodist church/chapel, St Luke’s is an Anglican Church of England and the Orangeman that formed Liverpool was president of Everton for years, that should fix it for youThe original name of Everton was St Domingos Chapel which became Everton..
Also have a church in their ground called St Luke’s.
I would suggest this may be informative as to their allegiances.
Liverpool were founded by Orangemen.
And as I have mentioned above the Orangeman that formed Liverpool was president of Everton for yearsIf a chapel is considered a church in that context.
The original name as I understand it even in Wikipedia refers to St Domingo’s chapel.

£10 million at first, possibly rising to £40 million. Everton also paid between £30-40 for Iwobi from Arsenal. How much did they pay for Delli Ali?
I guess it must still hurt Evertonians that their best team in modern times never got a chance in the European Cup thanks to Liverpool getting English teams banned from Europe. That team could have dominated for a while and maybe redressed the balance of power in the city a bit but were soon picked apart. We benefitted big style by getting Steven and Stevens. Hard to see these days returning any time soon which is a shame as they are a traditional big club.
I’d take it as a compliment, Rangers were the bench mark back in the day, on and off the field and on the terraces.Everton fans weirdly have a song about hating Rangers.
Both scouse clubs are riddled.
Supported them when Andy Gray was there.Remember when the big five were Liverpool, Everton, Arsenal, Spurs and Manchester United?
