Gangrene brigade change Glasgow street names

hope the police matter %^*& out the lot today
No chance of that happening mate- more likely they'll be instructed to "take the knee". Sturgeon threatening people with more draconian laws last weekend for going to beaches and less than 2 days later giving support for these demos. No "journalist" capable of challenging her on this double standard. Hopefully some of her support base notices it.

Great point re Kriss Boyd.

Antifa, GB BLM and the rest of the hard left in this country are a danger to democracy . They have no interest in Black Lives but will use any grievance to further their aims including violence and intimidation- we all know how easily the political class, including the traditional right will bow down to PC demands lest they be accused of an "ism". Re-writing history this way is nothing short of year zero Communism. We need to get away from the idea that these are just a few wee attention seeking nyaffs . They are part of a movement designed to bring down the entire West and I won't be surprised if this renaming of streets is given serious consideration. The people funding these organisations need to be exposed but that's another story.

Who the fck is Kriss Boyd?

I think we’re all clear on the motivation behind this stunt. And it is, as is usual from that mob, totally disingenuous.

God knows I’ve debated this topic with some of our... let’s say “less tolerant” members on this topic, but the Green Brigade aren’t doing this because they actually are against racism in all its forms, they’re doing it so that they can say they’re against racism. As soon as a black opponent does something to displease them - or, in Alfredo’s case, simply plays against them - we’ll see the same disgusting behaviour we’ve always seem from them.

The Green Brigade weren't around in the 80's so what has the racist actions towards Mark Walter's got to do with them.

Yes that genuinely is the argument mentally challengeds are making on Twitter.

George Floyd a guy who was sitting in his motor dragged out choked out for what trying to use a hooky 20 dollar bill and you'd sit out the shop after trying that, sheku boya tuned to the moon on the recreationals running about with a knife

If they are so ‘conscious’ where is their criticism of the shameful attitude their club has taken towards child abuse victims who’ve had their lives destroyed yet won’t even get any acknowledgement never mind compensation.

Where’s their outrage at their club being sponsored by Adidas, a company whose founder was a member of the nazi party?

Could go on but just a couple of examples that point out the hypocrisy in their so called socialist/good guy ideals

The same mongs that boo Shay Logan for reporting racial abuse by one of their players, a strange strange breed. They're unbelievably desperate - PleaseLoveUs Fc

They were around on December 29th when Alfie was called a "fùcking ******".

Remember when they booed Shay Logan because he had the cheek to complain when one of their players racially abused him.

A very confused bunch!

In the summer of 1863 the New York Irish burned Manhattan to the ground when they rioted for 7 days during the Draft Riots.

The mob went on the rampage attacking and lynching any black person they could find also burning down an orphanage for black children and 2 Protestant Churches. They also attacked the homes of known abolitionists and anti slavery newspapers.

The true death toll is unknown but many black people who had stayed there for years fled from Manhatten and never returned for fear of their lives.

Will the Green Brigade put some signs up as I think this terrible event in American history should be remembered ?

Nobody takes morality lessons for a club which harbours peados. We live in a republican Scotland though, where nobody dares call them out on their hypocrisy.

They don't have a problem with Dermot Desmond. Or war criminal John Reid, for example.

A confused and rather childish mentality.

Anyone know who Robert McDonald is? Not sure his reason to bring Rangers into the BLM protest aat Glasgow Green and describing us as “needing to change”

Does he mean Richard Macdonald, if that's untrue Rangers should be onto this, if it's true Rangers should be questioning what he means but this statement

It was Richard MacDonald, It’s important to have representation at these things, we’ve got a duty of care to supporters and players from all backgrounds and at the moment this is an issue that’s affecting black players. I don’t think he’s for one moment saying that Rangers as an institution needs raised and burnt to the ground and started up again, but there’s a reason the Everyone, Anyone campaign has been put in place to deal with a small minority of fans contributing to this behaviour.

By saying it the way he has it implies Rangers Football Club is a racist institution.
He has handed the Scottish press and the snp/fare/spfl and uefa a golden ticket to hammer our club as an example.

Not at a time when there are 40K people dead.

He would be aswell going and pissing on graves.

Complete lack of respect and goes against everything we have all endured for so long.

%^*& him and anyone else who took to a mass gathering in any city or town in the UK.

Sick of this acceptable behaviours from some but god help someone trying to bury loved ones.

Appreciate what you’re saying, but the media will use anything that’s said by a representative of Rangers and twist it to get what they want to achieve. I was proud to have a representative of the ‘Everyone, Anyone’ campaign there. It displays that we as a club are being proactive in investing in an inclusivity campaign and we are actively trying to improve this issue, the entirety of Scottish football needs to be in on this and from where I’m standing, we’re the only ones currently insisting time and resources into it.

Our captain is black, our two top strikers, in fact half our team is black. I don’t understand where the racism is coming from?
