I don't think McKay was a rugby man until he got a job at the SRU, he has been a scum season ticket holder for years and would have attended all the games he could.

A meaningless, dead rubber, end of season friendly and they played their first XI. Didn’t give their fringe and youth player for the future some much needed minutes and match experience.

Started 2 of their loanees who are highly likely not to even be there next year.
4 who are either definitely off or highly reckoned to be: Brown, Ajer, Penoard and Christie.

Is there any forward planning at that mob?

Today and each day from here on out is about us. In fact it always has been about us.
However it is important to remember that each and every single bitter mentally challenged bastard out there will be seething inside. Seething that we have kicked down the doors to the paedodome and taken back what is rightfully hours while scalping them in the process. They have watched us be presented with our 55th historic record breaking league trophy, while all they got to see was an oversized ashtray presented to their mutant experiment of a captain.

%^*& you poet scum, We are the people!

And they still couldn't score, let alone win

Seen the video of them last night. One thing the union bears consistently achieve is to demonstrate just how culturally aware, inventive, creative and meticulous the GB are. Could you imagine the Green Bridge ever saying "aye eff it, red will do eh"?

The GB were out changing street names in Glasgow after the death of George Flloyd, while the ub are running about painting KAT on bridges. Levels.

As for their constant need to shout about being the "most successful team in the world", in an attempt to convince themselves their club didnt die, they're not exactly acting like it just now are they? Fireworks have been going off for weeks

If they weren't so ugly it would be kinda cute.

I can't think of a more Celtic take than this. Using a race issue in America to grandstand and assert some kind of moral superiority over Rangers, while being utterly oblivious to the fact you're actually doing it.
The Green Bridge :))

There was a time I tried to explain to my (non-Scottish) wife about them. I gave up. Not only was it too exhausting, but when you repeat what they are about, it reinforces just how mentally ill they are. It wasn't healthy.
Absolutely mate, my Mrs is Chinese and cannot wrap her head around it whatsoever, that type of hatred for anything is just completely alien to her!

They are a very strange breed indeed.

Yes the anti-semtic 3rd reich Nazis of the goon brigade are such good folk.

I mean it's not like their own club banned them TWICE for waving terrorist banners or anything right?

Wonder what that bit means? What are his beliefs? How have the club changed? Are they not 19th Century Terroristy enough for him now?

I thought they are a club open to all? Surely expecting your club to take a hardine stance on political and religious issues in line with your own bigoted beliefs is quite the opposite of being open to all.
It’s just his way of justifying chucking it since the pain of losing ten after dreaming of it for ten years is too much to handle. The quadruple* consolation clearly gives them little comfort.
I'm 38. When we didn't get 10 in a row I was 15. I know there wasn't social media etc at the time but even in discussions on here over the years about that season, fingers are pointed and the reasons are laid bare but there just wasn't and isn't the same level of "toys out the pram" behaviour.

A more entitled bunch of greeting weans I've yet to see. Utterly ridiculous and hilarious in equal measure.
That’s because for us, our focus on ten didn’t really start until the season 97/98.

For them not only was the focus on ten since 2011, but they’d already had it won. Party’s planned the lot.

Well argued.

“One thing I found unpleasant was he kept referring to sevco as noisy neighbours”

Is he upset that their new CEO isn’t a full blown sevco howling lunatic.

No manager, no director of football, no keeper, no full backs, no centreback partnership you would want, no real midfield and no strike force when the stroppy frog leaves.

But my biggest concern is he doesn’t use a childish name to refer to the Champions.
He thinks quoting Sir Alex Ferguson will endear him to them? How did United do against City in the past 10 years? If we're the noisy neighbours and can do as well as City have then that's fine with me.

Off treasure hunting in Holland

Totally, but they only way to make them accountable and force them into resignation is to deprive them of revenue, it's the only language they understand, but that just isn't going to happen. There are just too many in the Celtic support who wouldn't be able to get their heads around not going to games, it's what they do and is what they've always done, even when they know, deep down, the Board are taking the piss; that they are treated like sht.

Other forms of organised protest might help, things that don't necessarily need 100% supporter buy-in, things the media couldn't fail to see and report, like permanent displays in the environs of the stadium, wildcat actions mid-match, bushwhacking Desmond on the golf course. Then again, we have seen how they reacted to the spontaneous protest last year.
I've never felt more disconnected from Celtic. I fell out of love with football in general and Scottish football in particular the aftermath of 2012 and the cover up of what should be recognised as the biggest corruption scandal in British sporting history. I'm not interested in the welfare of Scottish football, with it's rotten officialdom, cheating match officials, anti-football plastic pitches and dinosaur coaches with their anti-football 'tactics'; it's near-empty Lego 'stadiums', it's shtty kick off times, sterile matchday experience and the most amatuerish, agenda-laden print and broadcast media: that's the way it is and will always be, it can GTF. I only care about Celtic.

Our success in the last 9 years has been a massive GIRFUY to Scottish football, our revenge for their complicity in that scandal, but for those in charge of Celtic to be so negligent as to halt that success and not even have the decency to admit their failing - never mind resign in shame - and then, to compound that with a barely disguised contempt for supporters? Well, that gives me a decision to make. We've always been up against the rest of Scottish football, there's nothing new there and it's never been a fair fight, but our own Board are willfully tying one hand behind our backs! I dearly want the new appointments to be the very best we can hope to attract and that they will give us the best football team we can reasonably hope to have, but I fear it will be a typical half-measure, like a good coach but underfund him, or another journeyman with loads of money to spend but not the ability to manage the talents he buys, or great a DoF but with a sht coach under him etc. I have no faith in Desmond and his minions making the right decisions. I'm almost willing them to fck this up to make my decision easier.
The SFA report into child abuse is part of the biggest cover up in sport but also the most blatant corruption. Imagine a governing body carrying out an investigation solely to muck rake and help a club cover up child abuse. You’ll notice if you’re on Twitter that poets suddenly reply to posts about the beasts they’ve had with a picture of Neilly. Decade after decade of silence until the governing body gave them that little nugget.

Off to work, thought I would see how the scum are taking things...Sevco thread top of their board...Their pain is fucking wonderful!

They're letting off fireworks in Shettleston as well. eff embarrassment.

I predict tomorrow is going to see the worst of the worst of the huns (which in and of itself is something awful) and it will go unchecked.
The responsibility for this lies in part with the board of Celtic Football Club. They should hang their heads in shame.

All this down to clowns in charge of our club in the boardroom and the dugout. They should have been nowhere near us this season if we were properly run.
Just employ a proper manager last few years get the ten and they’d be finished.
Celtic could announce Pep Guardiola as the manager now and I’d still not forgive our ‘custodians’ for this season.
I will welcome Howe with delight when he signs though. Us fickle fans eh.

Want to see how a set of fans celebrate winning their first ever title looks like? see sevco fans right now !

I hate Peter Lawwell so much

Today is going to be chaos.
When they won the league a few weeks ago it was bad enough and that wasn’t planned like this - today seems a lot more pre planned. The amount I’ve spoken to in work who are going is unreal - guys from livingston and bathgate etc too.
They’ve been allowed to do what they want, sing what they want and believe what they want for too long. Their club does eff all to try and control them, they fire them up if anything.
Rangers, police, SPL etc should be releasing statements saying there will be no trophy if anyone gathers at Ibrox or George Square. There should be a massive police presence to disperse any crowds as soon as they start to gather.
Instead we’ll get either silence or some snidey Statement from the club and a police escort for them.
Hope they do their usual and kick utter eff out of each other later on.
Bad losers, worse winners. Scum bastards.
Why does he end his rant with comments about his own club?

Aaron Hickey, Kevin Nisbet, Ciaran Brown and Jason Kerr. Are we skint or just stupid?

edit: and yes, I'm aware these are just crap rumours that probably won't come to anything but eff me if it isn't depressing all the same.
