I was on a PSV forum having a look around and they are discussing how disappointing this is, assuming it's true
Harsh economic reality is our European away support will be way down this year as well.
Ive read its upTake it the barrier won’t be up then?
NonsenseHarsh economic reality is our European away support will be way down this year as well.
No chance, we’ll sell out every allocation. There might be a drop off in non ticket people travelling but tickets will always be snapped upHarsh economic reality is our European away support will be way down this year as well.
Unless Rangers fans are immune from the cost of cost of living crisis and coming recession it will.Doubt it.
Yes Rangers fans are magically not effected by cost of living crisis or coming recession. Just told Mrs the other day , don't worry about it we support Rangers.Nonsense

Not the case. There are no prohibitive Covid rules at the moment.I think the covid travel rules are still quite prohibitive for the Dutch which may be a factor. More tickets for Bears though which is great.
Barrier is up.Take it the barrier won’t be up then?
Mate we will sell out our section at any ground we get tickets for if we get through.Unless Rangers fans are immune from the cost of cost of living crisis and coming recession it will.
Really? I should learn not to accept what I hear on podcasts then. Shame if it's the cost of living stopping folk. Not the case. There are no prohibitive Covid rules at the moment.
Sound hopefully we do. Some are obviously rich enough or have no responsibilities when it comes to children. Many do. We won't travel in numbers of previous years for a variety of reasons. Anyone thinking we will obviously is in 1 of the 2 brackets or both I mention.Sound mate. We will sell out our allocations as usual.
was just about to post thattranslated from the tweet
PSV will be supported by 550 supporters in Glasgow tonight. For the game against the Rangers, more than 2,600 tickets were available for the away section -
Do you not still need to be vaccinated to enter the Netherlands? Maybe doesn't apply to citizens but sure it does to visitorsNot the case. There are no prohibitive Covid rules at the moment.
In most situations it cheers you right up though.Yes Rangers fans are magically not effected by cost of living crisis or coming recession. Just told Mrs the other day , don't worry about it we support Rangers.
There are no checks any more.Do you not still need to be vaccinated to enter the Netherlands? Maybe doesn't apply to citizens but sure it does to visitors
On their Instagram they seem to be running a function for their fans in some city centre location that I dont recogniseI didn't see any in the city centre at lunchtime.
Normally whoever is over to play us or them will have at least a few fans kicking around during the day.
I'd always thought PSV were quite a bit behind Ajax and Feyenoord in terms of fan base so not overly surprised.
Think the Dutch Covid rules have played a significant part in this according to posts elsewhere.

Seems that info was a bit of disinformation. I went and had a look online a few minutes ago and don't see anything restrictive that would prevent travel between the two countries. What are the rules? I went over last week unvaccinated and was a bit paranoid from reading there was still some stuff in place but had 0 checks whatsoever.

Why would they buy hone end tickets when there end still has space available ?100% they be some in the home end. Every game I’ve attended v a Dutch club it‘s kicked off because away fans buying home end tickets.
4000?? That would take up half of the Broomloan ffsThought they were bringing 4000 and we were only getting 1750 for over there.
