Most likely David Platt who also isn’t dead.Who the hell did I send those flowers to then?
Correct, they got it for being the third promoted teamYeah they got a trophy for winning the play off.
They didn't get it for finishing third.
I just think it’s a bit cringe worthy and awards should only be given to those who come top in their endeavours. The play-offs are considered a separate competition from the league season. Entry is gained via the finishing positions of the regular season.
The winners therefore receive a trophy as the winner of the “EFL Championship Play offs” as well as entry into the Premier League.
I was about to say, had to go and double check myself hahaUnlikely to be skipping in heaven, he was at Wembley, he isn’t dead
Did you hear two stories too?You get one little thing wrong on here....
Also opens up the chances of a wee cheeky bid for Gustavo Hamer, now that he’s not going to the PL.
That doesn't mean that it will be accepted for the EPL though. They have their own criteria and having been there I would be surprised if it passes. Stranger things have happened though. That's their ground, it was at the start of the season and it is today.
Why is anyone complaining, it is what it is.
That's what I thought! HahaUnlikely to be skipping in heaven, he was at Wembley, he isn’t dead
They didn't. They got a trophy for winning the playoffsWhy do they get a trophy for finishing third?
Lutonistan.Proper old school, Brexitball, bangers and mash stadium.
I think some of the clubs they've played the last few years will have been more hassle than any of them clubs.imagine buying a house there thinking it'll be cosy wee football fans arriving then getting chelsea, liverpool and newcastle fans turning up
How Gail hasn't killed the annoying wee prick, god only knowsMost likely David Platt who also isn’t dead.
Will it be allowed in the EPL?
Easily done, Elton John will be happy his club are back
No but they’ll let them borrow a cup of sugar.Does the person next door have a free seat??
These 2 front doors either side of the entrance - incredible!
Neither have I. It's the first time I've seen this.Haven't seen this a thousand times over the last month
Did they win the playoffs? That'll be why they get a trophy. You can't have a game at Wembley and the winners just walk off the pitch at the end with nothing. Why do they get a trophy for finishing third?
Bournemouths average is just over 11k, max is 11364. Luton will have the smallest ground in the EPL next season. As an aside, fair play to them, they have quietly built a side over about three seasons, good enough to get out of that division ( which isn't easy ), without spending a fortune.True, time restricted also.
Just checked and the attendance is 10.5k which is higher than Bournemouth.
Did Bristol City get promoted too?Who would have thought Kal Naismith would get to the prem. Fair play to the lad
That season ( 2008/9) they were docked 30 points, Bournemouth and Rotherham 17 each in the bottom division. So it's great to see where they all are now.I hope they stay up. The money for a 2nd season will effectively pay for the new Power Court stadium.
Also a big FU to the English FA having screwed them over.
Not me? He’s at Bristol City now (also not dead)Who would have thought Kal Naismith would get to the prem. Fair play to the lad
Well that's you seen it now then.Haven't seen this a thousand times over the last month
Is he not still alive?David Pleat will skipping in heaven just now. Then round the evening off with a bit of good old fashioned kerb crawling
I don't know what you were drinking/Inhaling last night but I suggest you don't do it againI just think it’s a bit cringe worthy and awards should only be given to those who come top in their endeavours.
For me, the only things missing are cheer leaders and bursting through giant paper walls as they enter the field.
Prob not able to skip at his ageIs he not still alive?
The changes needed are nothing to do with safety, they’re to do with press facilities, broadcast units and improved floodlights. The difference in screening live games in the EPL as opposed to the EFL is the scale, there is a vast international interest in the EPL and this mean things like requiring at least 15 TV commentary positions as opposed to the couple they’ve required till now.Always found restrictions to grounds in top flights strange. If it’s safe for Championship games then why would it be unsafe for EPL games? If they can screen live games for Sky in the EFL then why not EPL?
Very much so apparentlyIs he not still alive?
Trust me you wouldn't want to buy a house there!!imagine buying a house there thinking it'll be cosy wee football fans arriving then getting chelsea, liverpool and newcastle fans turning up
No biting lol.Easily done, Elton John will be happy his club are back
Ain't that the truth! LollTrust me you wouldn't want to buy a house there!!
