Professional game from us tonight. They started well and had a lot of tricky players on show but we slowly took control after half time and used our experience to get another comfortable win.

I watched the first half on RTL7 with Dutch commentary.
They said Rangers were getting all the decisions because
they were the “bigger” team.

They were pretty balanced pre match and thought it would be hard for Willem II as Rangers were a 'European standard' team. Quite complementary of us in fairness.

I've watched Rangers in Europe for many, many years. Any away victory is good. Any 4-0 victory, home or away is excellent. Any 4-0 win against a Dutch side away from home is an outstanding result.

Having seen Willem II a few times I was worried about what Nunnely and Ndayishimiye would do against us. Nunnely caused us some bother early doors but faded, and Ndayishimiye for some reason was stuck out left and didn’t influence much.

Thought we had some great performances right down the middle of the pitch tonight. McGregor, Goldson/Helander. Davis/Kamara and Arfield/Kent. Maybe not so much Alfie but he did his bit.

Weird game. Incredible scoreline but Willem had us chasing shadows at times - but that McGregor, Goldson, Helander triumvirate snuffed them out when it got to the important bit.

That mob were very good but we were clinical as we always are under SG in Europe when games are reffed properly and not anti rangers you can see the quality in the team. Are we so biased reffed in Scotland the players know so and are scared to do anything in case the red is flashed the offside not given can’t tackle etc
