You seriously don't think we could get 10m for Aribo? No way anyone is going to give us £10m. for Aribo anyway.

Scoring goals wasn't our problem. We scored 16 goals between the first knockout round and the final in Europe. Losing (many) cheap goals is what cost us.we'd be sitting on a treble of trophies with a fit Alfie
Lewis Ferguson
Nicolae Stanciu (Now in China)
Aleksandr Katai (31, and kicked out of LA for his wife being racist)
Matheus (Cause he collects crosses).
Am I missing anyone else for bingo?

Still pisses me off thinking of the January transfer window.Scoring goals was our problem in the league for me.
You realise you just posted that on FF?How the %^*& are we still talking about Ferguson 3 years on
This is very true.
On the lack of goals, yes I think Kent should score more however his goal return is in part driven by his place in our system. He is often the one who drops deep & is part of our build up on the counter.

I love Kent!!
His work rate defensively is excellent as well. He's a fantastic player and in my opinion would be one of the best bits of business all summer if we manage to get him to renew his contract.24 Goals / Assists is damned good, especially given your point.
For me, a true team player that I hope extends his deal with us.
That's the same issue Kent has at times.how many chances created? You’re measuring his impact by the ability of his team mates with assists
46 appearances, 15 official assists + 3 goals for the season I believe. An assist every 258 minutes.24 Goals / Assists is damned good, especially given your point.

Their fans never shut up about how he's behind Abada and Jota in terms of numbers and Juranovic spent the season laughing in his face.Another point that makes Kent vital just now is that the mob across the city are absolutely petrified of him. Fans and players. Having a guy like that in the team is an incredible tool.

Scooting goals was definitely our issue. We didn’t out score the opposition. We had literally zero goal threat. The spread of goals last year was exactly why we won the league undefeated.Scoring goals wasn't our problem. We scored 16 goals between the first knockout round and the final in Europe. That would be 20. The other 4 was goals presumably but he’s actually scored 3.I think the 24 assists stat is counting things like penalties won.
They scored 12 more than us, we conceded 9 more than them, so admittedly we obviously didn't score as much as I thought but we also lost goals a lot easier than them.Scooting goals was definitely our issue. That's a point I have made frequently about Kent.Assists are very misleading imo.
A player doing all the hard work, passing to a mate, who side foots it the
eventual goalscorer.and is not credited with an assist.
Thats the kind of story on Kent. Now,it is just too bad that they don’t have the second assist like they do in other sports.
People overlook his work rate out of possession. The tines he tracks back and helps win the ball back.People who judge Kent’s contribution to the team solely on his ‘numbers’ are doolally.
If we get an offer of this amount id snap the hands of the club offering it and drive him there myself. You seriously don't think we could get 10m for Aribo?
Its a long seasonwhere do all the Lewis Ferguson fans see him play ?
He’s distinctly average v us and then which are their main televised games
The draws at home killed us not really lack of goals. We were up in every game we drew apart from the aberdeen game right after Walter died, still don’t think we made the correct choice in playing that game that night, no way under the same circumstances would Celtic have entertained playing such a big game 2 days after such a legend who had managed current players in their team. I know they played the title decider against United after burns died but that was only cause they supposedly were off on the invisible tour of Japan that never happened.Scoring goals was our problem in the league for me.
Maybe the 55 season but his output v them this season was nowhere near what’s in been previously.Another point that makes Kent vital just now is that the mob across the city are absolutely petrified of him. Fans and players. Having a guy like that in the team is an incredible tool.
And the fact he's crap at shooting. This is very true.

We lacked goals from wide areas and Aribo's form tailed off after the ACN.The draws at home killed us not really lack of goals. Ok so cmon let’s get a laugh how much do you think he’s worth and how much the goal apart in Seville did you contribute since January?Jesus suffering fcuk

Conceding late cheap goals was our downfall. Hearts, Motherwell, Ross CountyScoring goals was our problem in the league for me.

Utter nonsense. He plays in a position that has to return a high amount of goals and assists every season. His shooting this season has been woeful.People who judge Kent’s contribution to the team solely on his ‘numbers’ are doolally.
Anel Ahmedhodzic was at Bordeaux on loan and they had an obligation to buy at €4m with conditions I wonder if one of those conditions was avoiding relegation if so I'd pay the €4m and get him here next season
It's not a stretch mate it's a total FF myth.Their fans never shut up about how he's behind Abada and Jota in terms of numbers and Juranovic spent the season laughing in his face.
Absolutely petrified is a stretch and a half
People go to watch football to see players like Ryan Kent.Another point that makes Kent vital just now is that the mob across the city are absolutely petrified of him. Fans and players. Having a guy like that in the team is an incredible tool.
Of course they do mate, but we simply need more goals from the other forwards. Kent and Aribo are fantastic players but they simply don't score enough, I don't think anyone can argue against that.People go to watch football to see players like Ryan Kent.
Barry? He wasn't a loanDavis, Kent, Hagi, Defoe, Ferguson, big Greek defender, Weiss all players who came on loan the last 20 years and were a success. The idea of no loans yet 10-15 new players coming in like some on this thread calling for screams to me like folk used to football manager!
100% he's got the lot tall physical has pace can time a tackle but importantly for us he's good on the ball an excellent progressive dribbler and passerAn absolute steal of a price for him.
He was brilliant at Ibrox in the Malmo tie won everything in the air lot of Clubs linked over the last year but fits the bill for the type of defender we should target.100% he's got the lot tall physical has pace can time a tackle but importantly for us he's good on the ball an excellent progressive dribbler and passer
Worth a shout im sure Helander said he'd like to finish his career back in SwedenHe was brilliant at Ibrox in the Malmo tie won everything in the air lot of Clubs linked over the last year but fits the bill for the type of defender we should target.
£3 million and throw in Helander as a sweetener
Just the way we like it until a real rumour explodes and the thread jumps 5 pages in 20mins!A thread filled with Football Manager fantasy wish lists.
Off to Union Berlin. What happened with dokeh (sp) is that deal dead now??
