“luckily” it happened in the ground. Hope the fan pulls through.
Yes. I knew straight away they were asking for 1 of the doctors assistance and they were sitting looking at each other. BizarreSeemed like an age before the guy appeared with the defibrillator.
Yeah quick on it. Grim sceneWell done the players
Yes, and a player was pushing him as if to say "move!" he still didn't really respond. Odd.Seemed like an age before the guy appeared with the defibrillator.
Could easily have been not sureI’m pretty sure that Steward said “not good”. Really hope the person pulls through
Would have thought there would have been one each stand.Yes, and a player was pushing him as if to say "move!" he still didn't really respond. Odd.
AbsolutelyI agree with Ginola, kids should be taught First Aid in schools, its a life skill and having the knowlege and confidence to use them can save lives.

Strange to say but they are. If it happened at home theyd have been nowhere near a defib“luckily” it happened in the ground. Hope the fan pulls through.

No real need for crass comments like that with what is happening. Can’t even pretend to like Newcastle fans. Possibly the most delusional support in football that believe for no good reason they’re owed the world
Has Ginola had heart issues previously?
I should pretend I like them? Give overNo real need for crass comments like that with what is happening.

I seem to remember quite recently him having a heart issue.Has Ginola had heart issues previously?

Yeah I’m sure he had a cardiac arrest during a charity game a few year backHas Ginola had heart issues previously?
I strongly suspect that the team medics are not at all expecting to have to jump into situations in the stands. Not saying they shouldn't, but I would imagine they would be focused on the playing staff and would assume that stadium first aid staff would be the people responding initially. Probably just took a few moments to register what was happening / get clear comms.Yes. I knew straight away they were asking for 1 of the doctors assistance and they were sitting looking at each other. Bizarre
Not exactly an appropriate time to post this. Can’t even pretend to like Newcastle fans. Possibly the most delusional support in football that believe for no good reason they’re owed the world
Didn’t read the thread. Hope the guy is alright, still don’t like the overall supportI can only hope you haven’t read the thread and you are unaware of what is going on
He had a heart attack years agoHas Ginola had heart issues previously?
We're all glad for your well timed and tasteful input here. Can’t even pretend to like Newcastle fans. Possibly the most delusional support in football that believe for no good reason they’re owed the world
Can sign players for 50m and pay them hundreds of thousands a week
Dont have a defib on each stand
I read the first few posts and commented. Not watching the gameWe're all glad for your well timed and tasteful input here.
No. You shouldn’t comment. Instead you have made yourself look like a cretin.I should pretend I like them? Give over
Fair enough. I've got Spurs to win and both teams to score so I am a little tense.I read the first few posts and commented. Not watching the game
Exactly right. I'm not sure asking a potentially emotional Ginola for information was the correct thing to do.Ginola was wrong about the Defib, they are easy to use and are designed for a novice to use, they actually tell you what to do and guide you through it, its the confidence to use it that is the difficult bit.
Wasnt want to derail the thread but theres a few things that are higher priority in Scottish schools these days than things like CPR.Instead they get taught fucking Drama.
Ginola recognised the importance of having that discussion.Redknapp said ginola was very taken aback during the break then they go and get him to relive that moment
Poor judgement from sky
Glad to hear they've stabilised the person and taken off to hospital.Hope the fan is all right.
Fair play to the spurs players who took more control than the medics.
Yeah I just mentioned in another thread I thought that was in poor taste that comment. The co-commentator said it's nice to see him stop the play to help. As you worry if the players care about the fans, especially away fans.
Utterly bizarre stuff to come out with. Maybe he was just filling the silence
No time for racism (but don’t mention the murderous regime).
A bit drastic. Will it be a public flogging?I didn’t mean necessarily right away. Give it a few weeks and they’ll be trying to flog Bruce
Could only really go downhill from there.
Agreed mate hahaNo chance Rebecca is much more of a ride
