Would love it if we scored early to calm my nerves
Probably true given the risk of counter & I'd point out that Kilmarnock based on the game vs them are far better than the opposition we faced in the other home games.
I'd like to think Jack & Kamara will have been told we need to get the ball forward quicker and find our forwards higher up the pitch.
I'd be banning that sh*tey slow 5-10 yard pass that they constantly play sideways on the training pitch
Be prepared for the same result thenI think we’ll see exactly the same starting eleven as Sunday.

I’ve only recently started coming back in here after last Saturday as it was guaranteed to be full of over the top madness for days with every member of the team and management being branded utterly useless.I will be vacating the match thread as soon as the teams have been announced. The knives will be out before the teams are. All rationality on here has, by and large, disappeared under a deluge of shitty Twitter one-liners.
Piss off with this shit mateGrim.
Another 0-0 on the cards.
We always struggle against teams that sit back mate even at IbroxIt won't be. It's not a pokey, plastic pitch.

I stay in the lounge for days if we don’t win, this place can be unbearable at times.
They're up against Power, Dicker and Burke, potentially - we need DMs/proven ball-winners!I’d honestly play Kamara, Arfiled and Barjonas rather than that Jack/Kamara combo
Yeah, SG said in the PC "we threw everything at Livi last week, besides (except?) Stewart"Have a weird feeling Greg Stewart will start. Hagi to be moved centrally.
They all as bad as each otherMore than St Mirren and St Johnstone relatively speaking, without a doubt.
Two guys as slow as treacle in the same team no thanks.
I remember our 1st game in 2018 under Gerrard. Some poster was saying after 20 minutes "still the same shite"I will be vacating the match thread as soon as the teams have been announced. Do you think Gerrard is standing on the touch line pulling his hair out? Those slow 5-10 yard passes are by design. Jack and Kamara aren’t just dicking around, they’re doing what they’ve been told and trained to do.
The idea is obviously to continually recycling possession and pull defences around in creating openings, but as we saw last weekend, some sides don’t fall for that easily and more or less stick with their massed blocks of defenders happy to stay put and bat the questions back at us.
Without a doubt we should be moving the ball much quicker - we did this in the first half of last season extremely well for example - but when it isn’t working, when players aren’t on their game and the whole system is beginning to fall down, that’s when we could do with a proper plan B, or for that matter C and D.

Greg will be wanting to prove himself against previous club
He said we threw everything at Livi?

Point is I don’t think maintaining two defensive uncreative ( over cautious ) midfielders is going to help us create more which is the problem without Aribo. We need to press teams high and force mistakes high up the pitch and in numbers to exploit it. If we’re fearful about not playing two defensive midfielders against against Kilmarnock at home, we should chuck it.Did you watch Killie v the mentally challengeds mate?
They had Brown and McGregor playing as defensive midfielders and Killie could still easily have had a couple more goals.
They caused Celtic plenty of problems on the break and will try to counter us way more than Livingston.

Morelos, Itten, Roofe, Kent, Hagi, Arfield, Barker. The only attack-minded players we have who didn't get 'thrown at them' were Aribo and Stewart. I discount Jones and Murphy as they might as well not be there.
Grim.

It's Hagi time....he has to start producing and this would be a great time.
