Gerrard was captain of England and Liverpool. I think he knows what Aston Villa represent today.
The fact they have billionaire owners means absolutely nothing if they aren’t willing to spend lots of their wealth to aim for Champions league qualification. Which is really the only guarantee against the perils of relegation in that crazy league.
Even this year Newcastle will be spending more than them.

I’m sick of hearing Brendan Rodgers comparisons when hearing about Gerrard potentially going.

Rodgers is a narcissist of the highest order, he was full of lies for them, boyhood fan, there for 10. He even publicly belittled one of their club legends and made Danny Mcgrain look like an idiot whilst their moronic fans lapped it up and applauded him.

Gerrard has conducted himself with class throughout, and if and when he does leave that will be done with class as well.
 
They are wishing he is missing his family and using that as a reason to leave. His family is four hours down the motorway.

There was a significant portion of Celtic fans who wanted that disgusting shit Ange sacked only a month ago.

They were a later winner against Aberdeen from his position being in serious jeopardy.
