“We’re a pub so affected more than most” - so we’ll absolutely rip the utter piss out of our own fans
That’s an utter disgrace
None of our crests or logos on it though. Do we have a copyright on ‘The Rangers’? Not sure if we will. I dunno.Brand Protection statement and all that.
Or does that not apply to everyone...
I think it was heading that way when it started.I missed these threads
Let me know if its going off
Am away to make a cuppa
£55 not to be sniffed at then.Made from Liz Hurleys smalls mate

Thank you @David Edgar clears up half the posts on this thread right there. This is correct. And I know it applies to everyone as I had a grilling from Rangers brand guys to check we weren’t selling anything with RFC logo or badge on them!
(We aren’t and never will, just for the record.)
What you selling? This is correct. And I know it applies to everyone as I had a grilling from Rangers brand guys to check we weren’t selling anything with RFC logo or badge on them!

Yeah it's a nice piece but bit too dear for my liking.I like them. Be a great wee souvenir. Not planning on buying one though.
Next time I’m pissed though? Hmmmm.
Someone will do them cheaper if it’s extortionate. I see £35 quoted from other sources.

Just shite with our logo on them.
I’m gonna go with post #64 mate.Considering a street vendor lost in court over “RFC”, I’d wager they’d have “The Rangers” covered under IP rules
Is 55 the number of titles or the number of new podcasts this week?Thank you @David Edgar clears up half the posts on this thread right there.
Dear wee souvenir then - but entirely legal it would appear.
Thanks Gérald Ratner
A will pass then lolWe like to be honest. It’s key rings and stuff like that. Mainly it’s just podders that get them being honest

Made Out of Liz Hurleys worn pants no wonder Dick had a smile on his face when robbing the public£55 for a wee A4 sized flag, ffs!

Did you work for ratners by any chance (lol)Just shite with our logo on them.
Can it be used for rubbing on door handlesJust shite with our logo on them.
I can get that we would own our logos, crests and badges. Not sure about ‘The Rangers’. There’s others who might call themselves ‘The Rangers’ - Texas Rangers, New York Rangers etc.Didn’t really answer your question though - easy to say yes or no whether it’s covered under IP
Quite clearly you’d mistaken it for a Rangers product, there was a guy last week explaining it and that was his explanation; even if it could be mistaken for a product, it wouldn’t pass IP
Masks are only £30£55 for a wee A4 sized flag, ffs!
At least Dick Turpin wore a mask.
Just for clarity, are you saying these flags don’t infringe on IP rules?
Do you do pens? I could always do with a few pens
The last time anyone was in Liz Hurley's front nine was a long time ago.Can I get a tenners worth, I'm no needing the hole flag?
They'll send you out the wrong size, charge you to return it, then they will tell you they never received it back so you end up with no top and £68.70 out of pocket, even more of a p!ss take than £55 for one of those flags, at least u have something to show for your money if you buy one of them. Will it fall apart ?
I'm not a fan of the flags at all, but you can't really compare flags made in China by someone earning £200 a month wages via AliBaba to someone making them here.
That would be a grand total of £3080.I'd pay double that if I had the other 54.
I’d be wanting a Gwyneth Paltrow fanny candle too.Made from Liz Hurleys smalls mate
