Jelavic, Morelos, Prso.
Prso was a very late developer and his knees were already on the way out when he signed for us.I liked Jelavic a lot but he’s gotten better and better on here over the years. The idea he’s far out in front seems a bit mental to be honest. Are memories of Prso and his career really that hazy?
Probably cost himself a bit of mobility after football by putting himself through the pain barrier in (at least) his last season.I know nobody wins a league or a game on their own but I feel like Prso dragged us through at least one season and put in one of the best performances over an entire season I've seen as a Rangers fan.
This for me.Morelos and Jelavic ahead of Prso for me, both better goal scorers and better technically in my opinion. Everyone loved Prso's attitude, and it would have been interesting had we got him for longer before injury.
Hard to seperate the former two, Jelavic was older and came to a pretty decent side when Miller/Naismith were at their absolute best so he certainly had help - he also didn't hang about as long (that's not a criticism).
I'd be inclined to lean towards Alfie, but it's fag paper stuff.
Aye from these descriptions you'd think he was just a hard working runner and not a guy who could ping them in from 30 yards or overhead kicks.Prso was a very late developer and his knees were already on the way out when he signed for us.
Guy was much more talented with the ball than he’s being given credit for in this thread, albeit not at Jelavic’s level IMO. Could go past a player more often that people seem to remember, and had a trick or two.
Some of his one touch finishes were incredible.Tough but went Jelavic. He could finish, only needed one touch and it was a goal.
His knees had gone no question, but in his prime he’s a better player than Jelavic and plays for better sides than Rapid, Everton and Hull, in my opinion. I think he had more to his game, I felt he carried us at times and I don’t think that’s something Jelavic could have done in Eck’s side. Also got to see him in the CL for us, and he has a marginally better record at international level.Prso was a very late developer and his knees were already on the way out when he signed for us.

It’s a hard one, Monaco and Rangers are the two standout clubs but he only ever hit over ten league goals once and that was his first season at us, and his European record is boosted at Monaco by that fucking mental game against Depor. His knees had gone no question, but in his prime he’s a better player than Jelavic and plays for better sides than Rapid, Everton and Hull, in my opinion. You’re right about the way many describe Prso as some sort of battering ram warrior though. It seems mental, he had serious ability on the ball.
Feel bad saying anything remotely negative about any of them.Jelavic
Prso
Morelos
It was hard to put Prso second as he seemed to really get what being a Rangers player was.
Prso has 3 Champions League goals for us and played in a team that reached the last 16.It's Morelos and it's not even close, Jelavic and Prso didn't do anywhere near as much damage in Europe for us that Morelos has.
One good season from Jelavic and the same for Prso, whilst the wee man has given us 4.
This poll is a sham and you're all daft, bar 25% ish.
Prso has 3 Champions League goals for us and played in a team that reached the last 16.
Jelavic was a far far superior player than Morelos. Technically miles better and a much better finisher with composure. If we created as many chances for him as we did Morelos then he would have bagged mikes more.
Prso's streets ahead of Alfie.
The wee man misses too many sitters for my liking.
And Prso did the business in a far superior competition.Morelos is our all time top European goalscorer!
None of us have any idea how the wee man will do in a top five league let alone claim he’ll “dominate’.Morelos is our all-time top European goal scorer, and when he leaves will go to a top five league and dominate.
Jelavic was much more injury prone than Morelos and did absolutely nothing in England.
There’s no real contest between the two. Jelavic never carried a team like Morelos has so often.

Jelavic also scored 29 goals in the EPL.
A better finisher too.prso is miles ahead of Morelos technically mate.
My top 3
Jelavic
Morelos
Prso
Give the wee man a few monthsJelavic scored a cup final winning goal to be fair, but I get your point.

It's like there are 2 Alfredos.Morelos is our all time top European goalscorer!
