To be fair in hindsight and looking back their may or may not have been a global pandemic still on going when booking flights in December for January, the fact their manky vile support are still not allowed to attend should have given him
Some direction in this moment or debate/confusion or whatever it is.
 
He's only apologising because they came back with a positive test and ultimately, for the impact this had on them. Not for anything else.

He clearly still doesn't think they did anything wrong, which is....an interesting attitude to take.
