He isn't an asylum seeker. He (or his family)has been through the asylum process and gained asylum.

He arrived in Glasgow when he was 8 - he might well have been a paying Rangers fan.

We've got a young man in our team who arrived in Europe via the asylum process and we are all right behind him.
