There was one on Ingram Street.Amazing burgers as a kid. Where was the one in Glasgow again? Sauchiehall street?
Used to be one in Le garage (ten pin bowling)Sure there is one in Kilmarnock round by the chiropractor I use
That was the best one. Small and more intimate , the shakes and the benders were superb sometimes I’d be greedy and also get a Quarter pounder. All on the one plate, DelishThere was one on Ingram Street.
I think you are correct. There was also a Little Chef on that road just north of AuchterarderWas there a Wimpy on the A9 between Stirling and Perth, opposite a big filling station, or is my auld brain fried?
There was. Was also one in the Howgate Centre next to the internal access to Marks and Spencers. I've worked away in England a lot over the past 4 or 5 years. Was always a guilty pleasure when I found one nearby. So much better than McDonald's etc.Sure there used to be one in the tenpin bowling next to the Mariner Centre in Camelon, when i was a kid. Was the best fast food burger i ever tasted.
Was that the hot dog used to love them dont think they would be described as benders these days
I'm salivating looking at the pic.Loved Wimpy as a kid.
Didn’t they do a mixed grill, where the sausages were nicked and the bent into a circle?
Great milkshakes and the banana longboats
Fake mustache and you'll be finewas given a lifetime ban from wimpy when in primary 7, might try my luck one day.
Not Peterhead - FraserburghAgreed.
Dingwall, Peterhead......Where's the 3rd one?

Still can't remember it but being a 70s child from Armadale they were very much a rare treat and usually only got them on trips to Edinburgh or the like so doubtful I was ever in that one.... between the lights and the Dreadnought Hotel, same side, many moons ago
I dont know the street names and I might be remembering wrong but I thought it was on the row across from the train station? There was one on King Street a few years ago, I dont remember one on Whitburn Rd where I happen to be sitting right now lol
Yeah thats the one pretty sure that's King Street.I dont know the street names and I might be remembering wrong but I thought it was on the row across from the train station?
For some reason this came up in a thread once, I’d never heard of a Wimpy and didn’t have a clue what our resident northerners were talking about

That sounds like what happens when you go to Lana Wolf's for "Yir Dinner"Used to love strolling in to the Wimpy in Enfield on pay day. Burn my way through half my Luncheon Vouchers. Liked a toasted tea cake whilst waiting on the main course, and a Brown Derby to finish.
Try 20-25 mate But aye it was there just on the corner across the roadThere was a Wimpy in Glasgow city centre around 10-15 years ago, near that Museum of Modern Art.

I once watched the LSD Baby Crew or whatever the hell they were called push Mr Wimpy over and roll him down a sharp slope in Paisley Piazza. It was both appealing and compelling in equal measures.Went to many a kids party at Wimpy when I was a kid and was utterly terrified of Mr Wimpy
The sign is still thereTheir used to be a wimpy in Johnstone
We rolled Mr Wimpy down Byres Rd, got as far as Downside Rd. Barred for life.that's why we all got banned. Mr Wimpy makes his appearance but for some reason we kicked the shit out of him, destroying the shitty costume.
Ive not been through there in a long time. Glad to hear its been done up and still going though. Was there every other week as a kid
