I think positions 6-11 is where Scotland should be. We need to secure 11th and try and push into the top 10, which is very doable.
Russian teams don't have the investment they once did, same with those from the Ukraine. Dutch and Belgian teams are either very good or very average, as they are both heavily reliant on academy players. Austria are similar to ourselves, in that they have had their ups and downs. Portuguese teams are probably a step ahead of the rest, but they are not what they once were that is for sure.
The main point here, is that in an ideal world, the positions 6-11 should be a free-for-all, sometimes you will be in 6th, sometimes you will be in 11th. It would be great to see any of the nations from 6-11 push into that top 5, but it is so heavily weighted towards those nations with the big TV markets, that is unlikely to every happen.
