That does add credence to the thought that euro's won't count unless he's chosen in the squad for his countryPiara Power trying to make out it’s a decent punishment ‘could mean he’s out for two seasons effectively.’ Load of pish.
They should be punished as a club for initially calling Kamara a liar. Scumbags.Slavia received UEFA disciplinary decision

Slavia received UEFA disciplinary decision
DNES, KLUB
This Wednesday Slavia received the decision of the UEFA Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body regarding Slavia player Ondřej Kúdela and his incident with Rangers player Glen Kamara.
This Wednesday Slavia received the decision of the UEFA Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body regarding Slavia player Ondřej Kúdela and his incident with Rangers player Glen Kamara relating to the match of the respective clubs on 18 March 2021.
Members of the UEFA disciplinary body on today’s meeting reached the conclusion that Ondřej Kúdela is guilty of racist behaviour. UEFA sent this decision, yet to be explained, to the club which informed the player.
Slavia Chairman of the Board Jaroslav Tvrdík said: “Ondřej was suspended for 10 UEFA games and as a club we respect the decision,” adding that “In any case, Ondřej Kúdela should not have approached the opposition player. I deeply regret that and apologise to Glen Kamara for a situation that has clearly caused distress to him and his teammates, as well as everyone associated with Slavia and Rangers. I am taking positive steps to prevent such a situation from happening in our club ever again.”
A long-term aim of the club’s management is to build a “Slavia for everybody” with zero tolerance towards hatred, racism, and discrimination. Slavia never discriminated against any minority as a club. Mr Tvrdík nevertheless stated: We want to learn even more from this situation, and we are open to cooperation with major anti-racism British organizations on workshops and setting up even more robust internal club rules. It is a way for us to organize a broader dialogue that should result in mutual understanding between people in Czechia as well as the UK. This would benefit all players, fans, and citizens.
Got to be the case, knowing the Czech FA he will probably get picked regardless knowing he can’t play. That does add credence to the thought that euro's won't count unless he's chosen in the squad for his country
There is no way an international manager picks a known racist for an international squad ahead of a major tournament, knowing it costs him a real player in his squad, as a favour to a 34 year old racist.Got to be the case, knowing the Czech FA he will probably get picked regardless knowing he can’t play.
If Slavia want to prove they are actually trying to change as a club then I’m sure the police will be granted access to interview him under caution. So Kudela will miss the euros.
Convenient that he wont coming over. Missing the games at Hampden and Wembley.
Police Scotland should have questioned him when he was over for Wales game.
Makes a joke of Uefas "Say no to Racism" campaign.
It does sound absurd, hopefully logic prevails, and they do only count if he’s picked. There is no way an international manager picks a known racist for an international squad ahead of a major tournament, knowing it costs him a real player in his squad, as a favour to a 34 year old racist.
I’m appalled that Glen got banned for reacting to racism. What did GK do then ?
Nothing for Zungu so it can't have been on the pitch.
In this scenario the player would have missed a European run to the final - and likely the entire run in the Euros. For a player his age that's likely something he will never experience again. I think it's more likely he will miss them getting papped out tomorrow - and not get selected for the Euros meaning he has 8 games still to serve so he misses most of Slavias campaign next seasonFrom the original Twitter post, Kudela's 10 match ban includes the previous game against Arsenal. So by the end of tomorrow's game he could be looking at only 8 more games suspended.
If they win tomorrow, 6 after the semis have been completed. If they reached the final, only 5.
I don't know if they ban includes international friendlies, the Czech's have two organised before the Euros.
If Slavia go further in the Europa League and he was selected for the Euros. He could possibly be playing European football early next season.
Ffs, are you Michael Stewart? Only a fuck8ng moron/racist would argue about no proof against Kudela. You see the sneaky bastard way he covers his mouth, the immediate reaction from Kamara and Zungu, you hear Zungu shout he called him a fucking monkey, you see Goldson going nuts, we are the team getting knocked out, Kamara is a quiet, respectful human being with no nastiness/controversy of any sort, their defence is they said he called Kamara a fuck8ng guy. No Rangers fan or decent human would give a %^*& what they say/have said, no credence and shamelees scum. Who needs enemies. They would argue there’s no proof of Kudela as well
They’ll have gone on reports from the delegates and officials and maybe questioned folk
We should’ve reported it to the Police immediately and he should’ve been questioned and/or charged before scuttling off home.So Kudela will miss the euros.
Convenient that he wont coming over. Missing the games at Hampden and Wembley.
Police Scotland should have questioned him when he was over for Wales game.

That team has acted deplorably yet Rangers are the team fined for behaviour. Their "muddying" very much worked with Kamara getting a ban. That statement from Slavia just shows they knew he was guilty and are delighted the team has not been banned.
Their action since the incident has all been about muddying the waters
Why are you angry with him? He is right. Proof and evidence are not the same thing at all. Zungu saying he heard the same thing is evidence. TV picking it up is proof. UEFA have decided that there is enough evidence to assume guilt, without guilt actually being proven. It is, all things considered, the correct decision from them in this instance.Ffs, are you Michael Stewart? Only a fuck8ng moron/racist would argue about no proof against Kudela. You see the sneaky bastard way he covers his mouth, the immediate reaction from Kamara and Zungu, you hear Zungu shout he called him a fucking monkey, you see Goldson going nuts, we are the team getting knocked out, Kamara is a quiet, respectful human being with no nastiness/controversy of any sort, their defence is they said he called Kamara a fuck8ng guy. As for Kamaras punishment, of course they would go on reports/testimony from all who were there and CCTV from Rangers too.

Maybe (this is a guess) its because the evidence is Kamara and Zungu's word against Kudela's?Kudelas International career is now over. At 34 he will miss his last big tournament and potentially EL semi/final. Realistically he will miss some very big games, so far so good. He'll also be tagged as a racist for the rest of his career. However UEFA have missed the boat here. They obviously believe he's guilty so why not a lifetime or at least a year's ban? Do they not think its serious enough. Officials have rightly been banned longer for bribery, corruption etc so is racism less of a crime?
What's the punishment for the club who employ the racist? Our stand was closed because of the behaviour of fans. Should Slavia not have been punished for their players behaviour?
Also, they're at it.... Hold a workshop for racism?
Also, our fine... Exactly what are we being punished for?
RTV cameras captured racist abuse on camera?Kamara punched him in the tunnel and then went to the dressing room. He told all the players what happened and what was said and the full team came out to challenge Slavia. The RTV cameras caught the racial abuse at the tunnel.
Kudela obviously said something racist but there isn't any concrete proof to people that didn't hear it due to him covering his mouth, there is no need to insult him for saying they could resort to this technicality because they obviously could.Ffs, are you Michael Stewart? Only a fuck8ng moron/racist would argue about no proof against Kudela. You see the sneaky bastard way he covers his mouth, the immediate reaction from Kamara and Zungu, you hear Zungu shout he called him a fucking monkey, you see Goldson going nuts, we are the team getting knocked out, Kamara is a quiet, respectful human being with no nastiness/controversy of any sort, their defence is they said he called Kamara a fuck8ng guy. We should tell them where to stick their show racism the red cardsReacting to racism - a ban.
Well done UEFA
Correct, and I can’t see him being picked for the squad if he’s not available, so 2 matches against Arsenal, another 2 if they get to the semis, 1 if they get to the final and 5 next season, or 8 next season if Arsenal pap them out.Would Roofe's ban include the Euros if he wasn't chosen in the England squad? NO!
If he ain't in the squad - it can't count.
I know mate, it’s an out and out scandal! UEFA are a complete joke! You’re not happy!
Kamara will have this on his record.
Anybody else watching Piara Power on SSN about this right now ?
This is a bizarre outlook from him. Almost seems happy it's only 10 games.
They didn't. They captured Kudela covering his mouth and saying something. There was no conclusive proof. There was a corroborating version of events from Zungu. That's evidence, not proof. If it was clearly picked up on camera or audio (or by an official) he would have been banned for longer IMORTV cameras captured racist abuse on camera?
Kamara’s lawyer said maximum at first too, then deleted the post. This is all very confusing. I thought ten was the minimum? Why are the club saying it's the maximum?
It is the minimum according to uefa regulationsThis is all very confusing. I thought ten was the minimum? Why are the club saying it's the maximum?
Because they are probably using Kamara's lawyer's words. It's wrong, 10 is the minimum as per UEFA's own guidelines. This is all very confusing. I thought ten was the minimum? Why are the club saying it's the maximum?
Thankfully for Roofe he’s going to play in a different confederation for Jamaica.Would Roofe's ban include the Euros if he wasn't chosen in the England squad? NO!
If he ain't in the squad - it can't count.
He was not talking about the actual incident I thought, it looked like he was talking about further racial abuse AFTER the 'punch'. We know the initial incident was not caught on camera, which is why I questioned him. They didn't. They captured Kudela covering his mouth and saying something. There was no conclusive proof. There was a corroborating version of events from Zungu. That's evidence, not proof. If it was clearly picked up on camera or audio (or by an official) he would have been banned for longer IMO
Think the club have got this wrong
We really need to leave the pitch next time (they’ll be a next time) and then see if they fine us.It’s scandalous that Kamara has been banned for reacting to racism, and that the club has been fined because the players reacted.
The message that sends out by Uefa, is if you react in any way to racism, then you will be punished too. That is abhorrent.
The worst part in all of this for me was not the actual incident of racism itself, bad as it was. It was the actions and comments of that club and its fans afterwards, trying to accuse Kamara and Rangers of lying, that they themselves were the victims, and the many racist messages from their fans afterwards.
%^*& Uefa and %^*& Slavia.
In a normal qualifying game there's no real limit on the number of players selected so he would be named in the squad anyway. In this case there is a limit (23 or 25) on the number of players pickedThankfully for Roofe he’s going to play in a different confederation for Jamaica.
If Kudela is declared injured I’m pretty sure it still counts as a game he’s banned from. It really should be games he’s declared fit for.
Listening to a legal advisor is usually considered checking.Fs, why did they not check the minimum/maximum ban properly before putting such an important statement out?
