Filth trying to rearrange Dundee game for Wednesday

The rancid club that gave us the tour of Japan now picking and choosing fixture dates to suit themselves. Is anyone surprised?

Its the following midweek thats pencilled in for Scottish cup replays/postponements

Would love it if their cup game is off then they draw it forcing a replay. Hope those bastards get a fixture pile up and pick up lots of injuries for rest of the season .
 
Don't really see what the problem is, makes sense to play it on the next available date and if that's next week then so be it.

I can't remember if we ended up missing free slots during 07/08 for replays/postponements. If we did we might have had an easier time of it in the final stretch.
 
An unlikely Dundee win and us scudding them next Sunday... that thought certainly gets the juices flowing. Tranny shagger will fold like a cheap suit.

We postponed a game against Gretna prior to the Lyon game at Ibrox so had to make that up later in the season which was compounded by our inability to win Scottish Cup games at the first attempt so required replays.

I think there was also a postponement as I think we ended up playing our 4th round tie on the weekend for the 5th round, or something like that.
 
The poet's best laid plans have a habit of going tits up, here's hoping they lose the rescheduled game with a sending off and a couple of injuries :D
 
Why the hell would Dundee not want to wait and see if Celtic finish it against us. Chance to play a team not that bothered

Even allowing for the 2 suspensions they have
 
I’d rather they managed to rearrange it for that Wednesday, their pitch is a barren midden at the best of times, two games in 4 days won’t make it easy on the players and then 3 days to prepare for a team that’s (hopefully) going to run the legs off them for 90 mins.

This is nothing about Lustig (whoever the %^*& he is) but all about their fragile confidence and a cushion of 9 points
 
I’m sure it’s against the rules to do this.
Might have been Elgin who arranged a game just to serve a suspension and got fined for it.

It meant to attempted to be as soon as possible see our game away to Partick played the week after it was meant to be played but they had some 2 weeks notice but it not always the case

While there is some issue of what Celtc are trying to do Dundee have their own issue with 2 suspended players and given they are playing St Johnstone a week on saturday, Does Neil McCann look to that game better chance of winning?

Are the 2 suspended players likely to have leanings towards them?

That was my first thought but with usually with them, and us, it’s the following midweek (ten /eleven day gap) for replays.
Needed to plan police cover etc.

Nothing to do with us and them

Rules from 4th round is any postponement or replays is played on 2nd midweek of original date unless the clubs agree to 1st midweek
 
With all the problems with the weather and the emergency services super busy, maybe the Police want Wednesday night free from football.
 
The pressure and the spotlight is on them in among all this "controversy" regardless of what happens now in relation to their game vs Dundee, it plays into our hands.

Thumbheid is currently fu cked ,seen a specialist last few days re both of his calves ,I reckon he’s out for the season ,that leaves big fat arse Dembele who won’t fancy this weather and putting a shift in ,if we beat them there is a right good chance they will collapse
 
some of them saying they would rather go out the cup now rather than us stopping the treble if we draw the., normally i would think the are taking the p1ss but i dont think they are.

I was listening to clyde last night and Hugh was getting pelters from them because he said there could be a title race, he said its inflammatory to even mention it :eek:

They cant handle it because they where so sure they would have been miles clear.
 
It could be a bonus if they do play the game. Murphy if fit will give lustik a roasting.
 
Brenda was on a rant recently saying that Rangers and Aberdeen have been on holiday all season without playing two games a week like his team. Now he's demanding the Peasants be allowed to play Dundee and then us in week ? :D
