Did I miss hell freezing over....?Sturgeon commented yet?
Putin pulls out of Ukraine, and apologises to the world.Did I miss hell freezing over....?
Surprised not BN94.
shocking but unsurprising
Well done Scottish express printing the truth hope all our country and beyond see them for what they really areHorrible wee bastard of a woman. Time she was forced to step down, She’s unfit for purpose just like the rest of her rancid party.
The express really going for the jugular, much like Marc Horne at the Times did before and as others should have / should be.
Yep, agree with this wholeheartedly Puggy.Horrible wee bastard of a woman. Time she was forced to step down, She’s unfit for purpose just like the rest of her rancid party.
Considering that a family member was involved in the previous reporting of the abuse (her uncle IIRC), if anybody should have been motivated to do the right thing then it should have been her.
Her failure to include football clubs is akin to withholding information in order to prejudice an investigation.
I think everyone knows the seperate entity ' 'argument' is absolute nonsense - a claim they have been clinging onto for many, many years. The express really going for the jugular, much like Marc Horne at the Times did before and as others should have / should be.
Well done the Express
Marc Horne is nowhere near finished on this subject. That’s all we can really say on this at the moment. The express really going for the jugular, much like Marc Horne at the Times did before and as others should have / should be.
Well done the Express
I can only think that Celtic want to drag out this thing as long as humanly possible as they are hoping paedophiles connected to their club both known and as yet unknown will die to celtics obvious advantage.
Good to know.Marc Horne is nowhere near finished on this subject. That’s all we can really say on this at the moment.
Didn't read bad from my perspective, but equally it's good to hear Marc is still invested in this.Good to know.
Was trying to align Marc Horne with the guy doing the work at the express. Commending these two as an example of how the MSM should be addressing this topic.
Hope my post didn't come across the other way.
At least this sort of thing is now seeing the light of day.
The general thought of their fan base is that there are 22 cases to answer to and Celtic have £5.5 million put aside for this.
OK if you say so mate. I'm just saying what I've seen , whether you believe it or not is up to you.Rubbish!
The "general thought" of their fan base is the whole thing is a complete fallacy dreamed up by the hun media to besmirch their good name because they're top of the league.
There's not one shred of evidence that I've ever seen that a single one of the sleazy badtards has ever conceded what in fact went on.
Not a fucking single one.
OK if you say so mate. I'm just saying what I've seen , whether you believe it or not is up to you.
OK, thanks for confirmingI don't
At least this sort of thing is now seeing the light of day.
Question being when will tha bastards cave in and start addressing the issue?
Another thing that does not add up?
Jock Stein was a football manager.
Jock Stein i very much doubt would have had the power to hand out personal permission to use the club name and crest in such a willy nilly fashion to a complete stranger to himself after just one meeting?
Did Stein speak to someone higher up the chain first before Stein sealed the deal?
The UK government are better at coverups than the SNP. Would be no use asking them. Though they could use it as a convenient dead cat to distract from their own issues. The Scot Govt failure to answer honestly the FOI requests re the CBC child abuse should be escalated to the UK Govt
It’s time the SNP led Scot Gov was forced to answer questions under oath by an external police force as PS is not trustworthy given the SNP grip on PS
The failure to answer questions on the child abuse at CFC is an utter disgrace
Time these bastards were held to account
The whole set up is an absolute disgrace. So the Scottish government decided to exclude sporting institutions from their inquiry into CSA - despite pleas before and during it to include it. An inquiry that appears to be still on going and were there has been multiple resignations from panel members who claimed their positions were untenable due to interference from the SNP government.
Instead the sfa have asked the survivors and their families to put their faith in the inquiry led by / paid by the SFA. In effect they are in part investigating themselves.
The sfa led enquiry took 5 years to complete. Lord alone knows why it took the sfa 2.5 years to go from in interim report to final report (but apparently it was so they could implement some of the recommendations of the interim report - any evidence of these being implemented?). There were many serious doubts and questions raised by many people and groups about the suitably of the person the sfa chose to lead their 'investigation'.
This report if I recall correctly was a actually shared with celtic before it was published and changes they wanted were implemented.
According to the article above
'In the majority of cases, the review found no one in the game had concrete evidence of abuse at the time but it said there were varying levels of suspicion that could have been acted on.'
How convenient.
Also according to the article above
'The Scottish Government will consider next steps when the final report is published.'
I don't trust either the SNP or the SFA to even remotely try and do the right thing for the victims, survivors or their loved ones.
I think you're spot on.In my opinion this goes up to the board and chairmen.
The UK government are better at coverups than the SNP. Would be no use asking them. Though they could use it as a convenient dead cat to distract from their own issues.
He certainly did BB.Another thing that does not add up?

The U.K. government is at least further distanced from the events which the “Scottish Government” seem so keen to kick into the long grass. The UK government are better at coverups than the SNP. Would be no use asking them. Though they could use it as a convenient dead cat to distract from their own issues.
Add we are helping to raise another £10 million for them by being there back up act in the Ange Homecoming show down under .We're handing them a £40 million windfall next season to cover any compensation they have to pay out, our incompetence will fund their survival and for those thinking they will go out of business, think again.
Is there any claim coming in from the US there's nothing been mentioned that there is a case pending from over there .Not sure but they also have the prospect of lawsuits from the US following their infamous trip there
