Not too confident.

Tavernier doesn't turn up in these games ?? Total nonsense, he's scored against them last season and played well in all the games I can remember right back to the 2-2 semi gameIMO stop Eduard (sp) and we should win it. Forrest like Tavernier doesn't turn up in these games, and he is the main threat . Morelos is going to cause them loads of problems
Forrest has scored a tonne of big goals for them, he’s a major threat.IMO stop Eduard (sp) and we should win it. Forrest like Tavernier doesn't turn up in these games, and he is the main threat . Morelos is going to cause them loads of problems
He will break his duck against the beasts, then watch him go.You think Alfredo’s season hasn’t ‘kicked off’, really?
It's the same size as Ibrox and the cesspitHard to be over confident, and there's not much to base that on unfortunately. However, I do think we will win. The size of the pitch could help them though as on the counter they hit you hard with runners from everywhere.
Anyway, they have to lose a final at some point.
This....nothing between each time as evidenced by league table and performances in Europa LeagueWe’ve every right to be confident with the way we’ve been playing. They’ll be feeling the same.
It’s the tightest one off game against them in a long time.

Have you seen us on the break?
Not so sure. Their group of players has not tasted meaningful defeat in the best part of 4 years and it is a sporting cliche that winning breeds winning. If we lift the trophy we not only prove to ourselves that we can win tournaments, we prove to the world that they are not infallible. I genuinely feel that once that aura is cracked, things will go downhill pretty quickly for them.If I knew Jones would be starting I would be more confident. We need all 11 players to be on their game and there's far more chance of JJ turning it on at Hampden than Ojo or Arfield currently.
But to be honest, as much as this trophy is massive and I'd love us to win it, if we lose I don't think it will have as big an effect as everyone thinks. Same goes for them, if we beat them I don't think it will have a huge effect on them either.
So you think if we win next week we are strong favourites for the title and if we lose then we have no chance of the title? I think it will still go down to the last few games regardless of who wins it. I get that it will be their first taste of defeat in ages, but no chance will they implode like people think. Maybe after 55 aye, not the league cup though. Not so sure. Their group of players has not tasted meaningful defeat in the best part of 4 years and it is a sporting cliche that winning breeds winning.
