The debate me and the other guy were having is that I think an atmosphere is all about singing and cheers, he thinks it’s made up of groans etc too which I find ludicrous as groans etc are negative. I stand by my point that singing is the main part of a Football atmosphere. As for the UB, ask any player, heck you don’t have to, just go back a week to when the manager was saying the team needed Ibrox rocking against Hibs. The noise at Ibrox comes from the UB, no one can debate that. So when they had their proteSt it was no coincidence as has already been pointed out to you that Aberdeen gubbed us.His point was that singing doesn't win games, so not sure why you're using the UB protest games as a counterpoint. Wasn't that when we had our best form of the season?
Singing ! What is it with the singing, it does %^*& all to gee the players and doesn't win games. Atmosphere isn't singing, it's cheering, groaning, gasping, encouraging, shouting, singing all with the flow of the game. I think some would want a guy with a loud speaker in every section so the mystical power of singing wins us games
